I have been through a difficult check-in. I called the assistance and at the end we have been able to figure the problem out (even if the man speaking was not kind at all). The room is ok, functional and good for the price.

In the whole week that we were in Berlin they never went and clean our room. We told the guy in the front desk but nothing changed. Also very far from the center. Nothing to do in the area.

6 weeks after I moved out, they haven't contacted me about my deposit (which is over 1000 EUR). The move-out inspection should have been carried out right after I moved out, so the fact I got no feedback as to whether everything was deemed in order let me extremely worried. Very dodgy behaviour.

My wife and I loved our stay here. The hotel is situated in a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood with a shopping mall and many public transit options nearby. The hotel is modern and exceptionally clean. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the lobby and patio were awesome as well. No air conditioning in our room but that was a minor inconvenience. We would definitely return.

Das Hotel liegt etwas versteckt im Hinterhof - trotzdem ist es zentral, da zu Fuß alles erreichbar ist. Wer ein reines Hotel sucht ist aus meiner Sicht hier falsch. Es ist zwar alles sauber und modern eingerichtet, hat aber auch den Charme eines Start-Up Centers. Allein das die Zimmer nur alle 7 Tage (!!!) gereinigt werden (natürlich aus Umweltgründen) sollte aufzeigen, dass es ein besonderes Hotel ist. Top ist, dass man als Hotelgast die Co-Working Fläche mitbenutzen darf. Das ist offensichtlich auch die Zielgruppe. Preislich ist es aber für den Standard, der geboten wird, zu teuer. Fazit: Interessantes Konzept, was noch nicht ausgegoren ist!
