Hotel Spa di Bergamo

This hotel was our most expensive but most disappointing. Both nights (different rooms) were very noisy til the early hours of the morning. Although I had requested vegan options for breakfast there was only tomatoes & lettuce as savoury options. I asked on the first day for something the next but still no change. We also requested twin beds but on the first night had a double bed. On the positive side most staff were very good particularly Confort on reception.

This hotel is a gem that’s found in a city of Bergamo that the city itself is such a wonder of elegance and beauty of historic affluence. Certainly a very new hotel that has renovated much of adjacent abby building of acting cathedral. Ever staff is kind and sincere, trying their best for giving help to best guest experiences.
