Hotel Excelsior San Marco

We have requested to upgrade to the new part of the hotel and it was a mervellous choice. The hotel has a perfect location, a few steps from the train station, right next to the stio for hus 1 for the airport and only a short walk from the funicular reaching the old town. Wonderful breakfast and the view from the room was to die for. Definitely staying there again on our next trip to bergamo.

Acceptable but very good location I do recommend it especially friends trip

Great location. nice view of the old city wall from the restaurant. Good breakfast. Only one thing is the A/C was turned off completely and the room was very hot (slept with an open window instead)

Excellent hotel & location. Breakfast buffet was good. All staff courteous. Room had everything needed - aircon, plenty of power point, with usb ports too. Sadly the room was tiny - have visited & revisited many countries across Europe, especially in the last 3/4 years & this was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, at the back of the hotel. The ‘standard’ room was merely standard - disappointing

Decent hotel. Good overall but needs renovation as the rooms seem old.

Great location with superb atmosphere

Good to visit Citta Alta, Location is perfect and very warm hospitality.
