I enjoyed my stay.

The lady at the reception is very rude and unfriendly,we didn't feel welcome there Our glasses and coffee mugs was very dirty and sticky We didn't have any soap in our bathroom The bed was rock hard and the pillows was the worst.I will never sleep there again the lady at the reception made us feel like a burden

Lloyd is a good guy who has respect of clients and he is the reason l sleep there. the lady during the day has to be more customer friendly and avoid using her phone whilst communicating with clients. The rooms are well kept, there is a lift from the parking lot to the rooms. my cry is you add dstv decorder in your rooms o add value because the open view decorder has limitations of viewing. l love English Premier league and other documentary channels + news and on that decorder am only limited to France24 

we had a great stay at the hotel just few issues: room service isn't available although it's sated on the manuals, if guests could have gate remotes otherwise we could do it again. very clean property

Everythin was good,and clean, just that our neighbours were playing music too loud till morning, so the spewing part was awful through that music. The place and location is great though no complains there

The place is out of this world in terms of service as well as reception....you fee so welcome and special with the lol you pay you get more than you expected..... I would advise anyone to visit the place

I had the wonderful time, ohh the cleanliness bathrooms super dope, I'll definitely go there again, and there's no loading shedding they got back up, I salute you for that, location is good no funny noise

Bedding and bathroom linen was old and worn out. Pillows had stains. Room service team did not replenish soap twice in two days. Requested iron and I was told to collect it at reception. Parking bays are small and congested.
