"Quaint rustic old charm beautiful boutique hotel. We only had one night and wished we could have spent more time here. A short walk across the railway tracks to the beach where you have deck chairs and towels if required. Dinner was an awesome sea food platter. Steeply priced if you include all the additional taxes which we didn’t take into account given at other hotels it was just the 10%. Breakfast was another amazing experience honestly you cannot fault the meals in any form or manner. If we went to come back to SL we would definitely want to stay at Nyne Rock Villas. Thank you to the whole team for an amazing time and service"

"Location is great, very close to the bentota beach. Property is neat and clean with lush green garden, clean swimming pool. In breakfast, they serve set menu and not buffet t menu"

"We go with family, they gave us Villa and 3 rooms, not accomodated in the mail hotel building , this is infront of the mail hotel. Rooms had too many extra materials which makes room very conjested, like extra small bed, table etc. Rooms become very small with all this extra furniture. Many maquitos, Food very bad quality, nothing to eat for Vegeterian guys. We cancelled our booking for next day as it was niot possible to stay with un hygenic food."

"Lovely place with clean rooms & Toilets ..with very friendly & accommodating staff.. which made our short stay very memorable.. Food was good .. they also let you bring your provisions & get it cooked at a small cost.. it’s just that you feel wanted & they let you enjoy yourself with out issues.. There is small pantry fridge in some rooms.."

"*A dreamy room with a perfect view!* We were extremely lucky to stay in this wonderful room/villa, located just 800 meters from the beach. A tuk-tuk ride to the beach was always available. It was truly the perfect place to escape from everyday life. The view of the river was simply enchanting and made the room a very special retreat. It has such a cozy, inviting atmosphere that we immediately felt at home. Everything was super clean and lovingly decorated. A delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed juice was served every morning. The proximity to the beach was another plus – simply wonderful! We truly enjoyed our stay and would return anytime. "I went there for Ayurveda. Most of the guests were German, as the hotel was run by a German. They said it was their first time staying here from Japan, but they were very polite and friendly. The room was very spacious, and there was still plenty of room for two wooden decks on the veranda. You could see the ocean through the palm trees from the room, and the sound of the waves was soothing. The Ayurveda staff were very accommodating, even though our stay was short, and we were able to refresh ourselves. The food was delicious! We also enjoyed Ayurvedic food. There was a security guard on duty 24 hours a day checking the exit from the hotel to the beach. The beach was very beautiful, and we took a walk every morning and evening during our stay. The sunset was especially beautiful. It was the southwest monsoon season, but we were blessed with good weather and it was a great holiday."
