Very nice complex...but out of 12 restaurants..3-4 was open. Entertainment could had been better. Food is just avg and room service is disappointing

Mucho lujo, muy padre, no tiene estacionamiento, dejas tu auto en la calle, los platos no estaban bien lavados, el uso de velero es gratis, pero te cobran 200 pesos por impuesto ambiental y te dan un brazalete que dice que son 58 pesos por este impuesto y no les dan brazaletes a todos, alguien hace negocio ahí, luego los rios dicen en los anuncios que se ceierran a las 7, pero el personal te saca a las 6, y la atracción principal del parque acuático no sirve, aún así volvería, la comida en el restaurante brasileño es muy bueno, mejor que en el oriental que es el único que hay que reservar.

El hotel es muy muy grande, la gente muy atenta, los servicios geniales, mi único comentario, los restaurantes de especialidades a mi gusto el menú no fue tan bueno.

My family and I had an amazing time here. The Diamond Club was well worth it to me. Alejandro and Omar offered the best service, no questions asked! The staff were very attentive, the variety of food available around the resort was excellent. The nightly entertainment was very enjoyable for all ages. I would definitely visit again.

Nice resort. Easy to walk to all locations. Food is average to above average. Pool grounds are great for all age groups. Lesley at aqua volleyball is a ton of fun. Bartenders are good for the most part.

If you are traveling with kids, this is probably a great place to go. I would not return to this property as an adult traveling without kids. We had very good experiences as far as good food, good service (mostly), being seated in the restaurants quickly, our room was cleaned everyday, the shower is amazing, our view was phenomenal, and we got to see the crocodile. ;-)

This property does not understand what it is to be a Marriott. I am a titanium member and the service was just horrible. My room smelled horrible. Stood at the front desk for over six hours, trying to get changed and they were not able to accommodate me until the next day. I was then moved at 4:30 the following day to a room that smelled even worse. Food was horrible. Anyway you looked at it. I complain to Marriott who is trying to do everything that they can to make it right although the resort is not cooperating and basically said, there is nothing that they’re going to do, I would not recommend this hotel at all

From $70usd transaction fees at the atm, to having to pay for food and wine at an “All Inclusive”, to the rip off taxi prices of $100usd to go to town 20mins away, to hidden resort fees at check in, nothing is as it seems.

Perfect and excellent resort for families with all ages of children. This resort is very very family friendly. They have activities for children of all ages every evening starting at 6pm till 1am.They have great 10 restaurants and even more bars. They havewater slides and pools for every age.The staff go above and beyond to help every guest.We would recommend this place to everyone.

The food was underwhelming. The drinks are very watered down . It’s not ideal for families with kids below 4 years of age .

This is a great all inclusive for families! The room was spacious and comfortable, really good food and lots of variety and kid-friendly options. Pools were so much fun. Easy to get chairs if you're up by 7-8am. Staff all over the resort were very friendly and kind. A fantastic vacation. The ******* reps, Benny and Ricardo, were very helpful - they got is dinner reservations, a complimentary hydrotherapy session (amazing) and offered to help get medicine for our sick kid. Can't say enough about them and the resort. Life guards were excellent with first aid, too! We will return!!
