Asia Gardens Hotel & Thai Spa, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

What a beautiful place, the gardens, the pools, the rooms, the food, the staff. Everything about our 3 day stay was amazing Hotel grounds: these are huge and very well maintained, the ponds have a large selection of different fish and some really giant ones in there as well Room: these are rooms are of a good size offering seating area as well as large bed, bathrooms have everything you can possibly need/forgotten. The room service is always on hand if want more Nespresso capsules or milk/water etc. there is also an interactive map on the tv. There is a reasonable priced mini bar and snacks in the room. Pools: we went in February so it’s colder than summer but there is 2 heated pools outside, the kids pool and adults only. These was a toasty 30c and very tranquil and tropical setting, when you get out the pool you also have over head heaters above your sun lounger to help you dry off. The only the thing I found round the some of the pools is the constant ping pong music, which sets the theme of tranquil & peace but can be abit repetitive. Food: The food was surprising, we did expect portions to be small but we were wrong. We ate at the Koh Samui and Lombocci restaurants. It is recommended to book this when you arrive to make sure you get a seat as they can get busy. The portion sizes are big and the combination of flavours are a delight, Breakfast: from omelettes & fried eggs to wedges they have everything you need for breakfast, including a well stocked detox/juice bar along with different yogurts and fresh fruit. Service: nothing was too much trouble, anything you need or want they would do for you. Turn down service on a night was a nice touch. Would we return: Yes we would, be nice to return in the summer to use all the pools and to try the restaurants which wasn’t open during our stay. Thank you Asia gardens for memorable weekend!

I have just got back from this BEAUTIFUL hotel. I stayed here for two nights and honestly wished I had stayed longer! This was a last minute break having only booked this 4 days beforehand. From the moment I walked in I was blown away. Front of house staff were very friendly, I was given a welcome drink and my room was ready as soon as I checked in just after 12pm. The room was one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in, I didn’t need to bring any toiletries as they were supplied. Soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, flannels, towels, bathrobe and slippers. A fully stocked mini bar. After checking in, I had a walk through the hotel and my word, it was like I was in a tropical paradise. So so beautiful. As I went in low season, I hardly saw any one else! Literally felt like I was the only person there! The grounds were so clean and even walking along the hotel corridors, there was such a nice smell. If you are a gym fanatic like me, you will be impressed with the facilities here! I can’t go to a hotel without a gym and this one ticked the boxes! Unfortunately I didn’t book any treatments in the spa so I can’t comment on them. I was on a bed and breakfast basis, so I booked into the Italian restaurant on Friday night. Very well attended to and I left with a nice full stomach! Heading back to the room, my bed was turned down with a chocolate on the pillow. Never had that before and I thought this was a nice touch. On Saturday (8th Feb) I had breakfast. It was the usual buffet style breakfast. After that I then headed into the gym before going into Benidorm for the day! The hotel very kindly called a taxi for me and it was there within 5 minutes. After spending all day exploring Benidorm I then headed back to the hotel via taxi. I booked into the Asian restaurant for my last meal, and again I was very well looked after. I had such a lovely time here and the weather was perfect for my little break. I’ve already been looking at coming back and I have been recommending this hotel to everyone!

I had a fantastic time, and relaxed in the tranquil surroundings. Irene's thai massage was amazing. The food was great. The staff very polite and attentive. Definitely coming back and I wish I could have stayed for a longer time, 3 days were not enough!

Just returned after a three night stay. We’ve had a really lovely time. The hotel grounds are beautiful enabling a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every day at the Lombok Pool which was stunning and quieter than the others. The majority of the staff were wonderful although for a 5 star hotel I would expect poolside bar service (you have to go up to the bar to order, the staff don’t come around asking if you’d like anything). The food was delicious. Breakfast and dinner choice in the buffet restaurant was varied and of good quality.. only problem with breakfast is that you’re told “a colleague will come to take your coffee order” and they never come. We also ate one evening in the Koh Samui Asian restaurant which was lovely although when booking with guest relations we were originally told that we couldn’t book a’la carte as half board guests - this was sorted. The only other disappointing experience was there is no air con in the gym which made a morning workout very challenging. Housekeeping was brilliant! Check in and check out seamless. We’ve come home relaxed and recharged and hope to visit again soon.

Lovely hotel, a calm oasis in this busy part of Spain. Stayed at this hotel whilst working on an event in February 2024. Overall the experience was lovely. The bedroom I had was incredible. Big, spacious with a big bathroom, lovely to return to after working on the event all day. Unfortunately due to my schedule I didn't have a chance to experience all features of the hotel such as some of the restaurants and spa but overall the food we had during the event was lovely. Sushi was incredible. Introduced my team to Gin Mare & Tonic whilst we were staying, proved to be very popular and love those Spanish measures, don't get those back in the UK! Front of house team very friendly and welcoming. The events team we were working with were extremely helpful and flexible which is always very helpful during an event. Hope to return for leisure not work in the future!

They reduced the service and closed most restaurants. The pools are only open until 7 PM. It's also not a family Hotel, it has signs everywhere to be quite, to not use certain things and not to take the bathrobe out of the room... Even as half the hotel was empty, they gave us a dark room without a view. We ordered Asian food, as it seems to be an Asian resort. It had absolutely no taste and there was no asian cook involved at all. The prices are very high and if you want to use the SPA (even as a hotel guest) they charge you again. They show on the website a very nice high-end resort and when you are there it is middle class with to high prices. I would not recommend going there, there are much better options in Spain where you get more.
