Hotel Servigroup Venus

Rooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the strip and beach. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel with Excellent staff. It was our First time at Hotel Venus & we couldn’t fault it. I Travelled with my Mum & my 19 month old Daughter. It was my Daughters first holiday abroad & All the staff, from the Hotel Manager, the receptionists, the restaurant staff and cleaners couldn’t be anymore welcoming, friendly or helpful throughout our whole stay. The staff helped make our holiday extra special. We felt very welcomed, comfortable and relaxed at the hotel. The Hotel is close to the Beach and the main strip but you couldn’t hear much noise from the hotel itself so it helped with getting a good nights sleep. We got fresh towels every day, our rooms were cleaned Daily & the variety of food was great too. A special thanks to Raquel the receptionist, My Daughter took an instant like to her from the moment we checked in & Raquel made sure she chatted with her every day. This helped my Daughter feel more confident and comfortable, especially being so young & her first time abroad. The restaurant staff were also extremely kind & helpful too, they’d always take time out of their busy schedule to stop and chat with Daughter. We also met a member of the restaurant staff in the local mercado & although she was on her day off, she still took the time to help us find what we were looking for. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Now a days It’s very rare to find a hotel with excellent customer service. It’s a real gem of a place & we can’t wait to go back.

We are currently at the hotel on our final night of our week here in Benidorm, staying at the Servigroup Venus hotel on a full board basis. Good hotel that is spotlessly clean and tidy. Very friendly staff, especially the restaurant manager at the front of house, and the ladies who clear your tables. Great location and in an area that is reasonably quiet considering the number of bars that are nearby. Rooms are small and a tad dated but are comfy. Flatscreen TV has 5 UK channels. Balcony door does not stay open on its own but can be propped open by using one of the plastic chairs that the balcony has. The bathroom is small but fairly modern. A lot have commented on the bathroom doors being frosted glass and can wake up your partner in the night if you switch on the light, but wasn't an issue for us. Shower and sink have plenty of hot water, but be careful as the shower did go from perfect to ice cold, or scorching hot, in a matter of a second every time we used it. So, the pressure and availability of hot water is not an issue, but getting blasted by either ice cold or schorching hot water for a second or two is a very real issue that happened to us on multiple times. The pool area is good with a small bar area. There are plenty of sunbeds available during our stay, but it was early April, and the temp only ever reached a maximum of around 22 clesius, so the hotel was not at full capacity and there were not many people sunbathing. The restaurant serves three meals a day if you're booked on full board. Breakfast is the best of the three services, but I wasn't overly impressed with the selections available for lunch and dinner, to be honest. I've had better food at other hotels, but the quality wasn't the issue. It was the choices that I thought could be better. Overall, we liked this hotel. It is very well run, has very efficient and friendly staff. Is comfortable and is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to Levante beach and local to the Benidorm bars etc.
