Hotel Primavera Park

The hotel, generally, is clean and pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The views from the upper floors and (17th floor) rooftop bar are Spectacular. The 4 elevators are ill-timed, and you can wait 5 minutes for a lift. The food is good in an adequate sort of way, with most of the “hot” food being room temperature and the cake desserts being almost thawed from being recently frozen. Although the breakfast buffet has a nice variety. The sliding door onto the terrace did not lock. And the safe was not secured to any surface — you could pick up the whole safe and carry it off. The music from the rooftop is intrusive for the 16th floor rooms, especially music with heavy beats and base late at night. There is also the noise from dragging furniture and dropping things on the rooftop floor. The bathrooms are not particularly well-designed: there is no niche in the showers for soaps; there are no hooks near the shower door for towels. There were two cups by each sink for toothbrushes ... which were disgustingly dirty from toothbrush residue. I left a hint for the maid: filled the cup with sudsy water and left it in the sink. She did not get the hint. (I washed it myself.) The part that was most unpleasant was that the shower water temperature changed from chilling to scalding and from sand-blasting to trickle frequently and without warning. Best to take your morning shower very early (like 7am) or very late (like 11am). While the water pressure and temperature are stable, you won't get really hot water. But it's comfortably hot. We only got one bottle of water. Once we finished the bottle that was there, it was never replaced. (Which was ok, because we stocked the empty fridge with good stuff from the nearby Mercadona grocery store.) She also did not replace the other cups that we used with clean ones. We ended up washing them with Bath soap in the bathroom sinks. Even so, while it was a little rustic, I would stay here again for the view and its proximity to fun stuff. Just gotta roll with it.

We stayed for first time last week our first time in the old town. We certainly weren’t disappointed. We stayed in a deluxe room and half board. The room was excellent and the view from the balcony was awesome. The breakfast was great proper bacon and sausage every day throughout our 7 days stay but endless choices for everyone and every nationality. Evening meal was also brilliant with plenty of choice for everone. The roof terrace is an absolute pleasure but we found it a bit pricey whereas the pool bar was more affordable and a very pleasant experience. All staff were lovely and very friendly and extremely hard working especially Mika who worked tirelessly around the pool area. We had an issue with water pressure in our room and we told reception staff and the problem was dealt with within an hour. All in all we had a great time and a great stay at The Primavera park Hotel and we will be returning in the future. Thanks to all at this great hotel.

Excellent hotel in great location The rooms were spacious and very clean, excellent views over the town and beach. Roof top bar is brilliant and the team very friendly and efficient…. Excellent team. Restaurant was large, sunny and clean, food quickly replenished and fresh, efficient team cleared away plates quickly. Location was excellent for us as we love the old town and only a short walk from the new town too.

Another excellent stay at Primavera Park. Spotless, great food, lovely staff. Very bright and airy room, good beds and pillows. Beautiful roof top views and infinity pool. I stayed here last year and was sadly taken ill and required surgery in Hospital, the staff were brilliant, and we had to extend our stay until i got fit to fly after leaving hospital. Yet again the staff could not do enough to help us. The restaurant staff in particular deserve mention, although some had limited English they always managed to communicate well, and made us very welcome, and were very considerate.

Arrived at hotel to a warm welcome, had tried to do a lot of research before our stay, room was clean & bed comfortable, had no iron but when requested was delivered straight to room but had an English plug so good job we had our own, maid service was excellent, large sofa beds by pool are €40 per day which you can exchange for food & drink, we had two Drinks each & a bar lunch which covered bed price so well worth it, Breakfast selection is so vast didn't know where to start continental & full English cooked. Roof top terrace amazing views. Only had one main issue with pool bar staff over payment of drinks so we spoke to the manager who is very professional & listened to our problem & sorted for us, please keep your drinks receipts from pool bar & can be busy ,& staff get confused, primavera is in a lovely location right next to the park & easy access cut through to some lovely little resteraunts of old town benidorm. This was our first visit and overall our stay was very good. We arrived and were abruptly told our room wasn't ready and we could wait around if we wanted, no offer to store luggage and asking for our room to be prioritised with housekeeping resulting in a 90 minute wait. Not a great start - our experience throughout our stay were reception were not welcoming or helpful, to compliment this we found all other staff to be super helpful and friendly. Our room was small but well presented, air con was very good, shower too, it was quiet and the Wi-Fi was excellent,unfortunately our view was disappointing. Some areas to improve - room cleanliness was poor long dark hairs left not ours, balcony not cleaned, items missed daily - room 405 the room attendant needs some training. By contrast the hotel public areas were spotless. Breakfast was excellent, dinner food was OK, and the rooftop bar and poolside bar food and service were all very good. Also please please get some decent towels for the bathrooms they are tiny and threadbare. Overall our stay was very good but some attention to detail would make it excellent!

Refurbished to such high standards that the hotel looks brand new. We had the most comfortable stay at the Primavera Park. Rooms are luxurious with large balconies. We stayed on the 10th floor. Everywhere was cleaned to a high standard. The restaurant serves a fabulous varied breakfast, lunch and evening meal, all buffet style. Our only moan is that the water temperature for hot drinks is too low. The roof top bar is perfect for relaxing cocktails. The hotel bar service is first class. Reception staff and room staff are all superb. This hotel should be a 5* hotel.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, the staff provided excellent service, hotel exceptionally clean and very modern. Rooms very spacious and spotlessly clean, the food was excellent, I never really eat in the hotels due to many bad experiences but thought we would give it a try, I was blown away by the quality of the food. The presentation and choice of food was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel for a lovely relaxing stay. I would go back to this hotel in an heartbeat, its very central to both the old and new town, we preferred the old town. I would give this hotel a 10/10

Pillows and bed are excellent cleaning of rooms is super friendly and the clean like before room is clean. Nice rooftop pool with bar and big pool downstairs. for Benidorm it is one of the better hotels and not so loud we had the room on the 16 floor with big bathtub in bedroom with a beautiful view. Verry nice breakfast with a huge choice in everything
