BC Music Resort

The staff make the bc music resort! We was a group of 4 - mixed ages and not there for the party scene but rather the location. We felt safe at all times and all the staff were polite and helpful. I imagined it would be noisy and getting woken up during the night but not at all it was peaceful and didn’t get woken up once. On checkout our room was checked and deposit was put back in straightaway! I think stopping the all inclusive alcohol at 7pm Is a really good idea and massively contributes to the safety and well-being of tourists and staff. Thankyou to the staff ❤️

Hotel was ok but being told.that the deposit for.the room will not be released into my account for a month is just short of shambling... AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS...my mate is waiting on 150 and me 100 som250 quid being held for.a month .....scammers

We went to the BC for my 50th birthday (12 of us) and can't fault the actual hotel rooms, staff, food & drinks! The hotel staff couldn't be nicer and everything we asked for was not a problem, the restaurant, bar staff & reception staff were all very friendly, the only reasons I wouldn't return to this hotel was the noise during the night and the constant music in the foyer seemed to be still on at 5am! We were in Rooms 17, 18 & 19 (19 being above the main door) so was very noisy all night with people coming and going and speaking like it was 3pm not 3am haha but this is a party hotel so we kinda expected this! Some of the other holiday makers also couldn't care less about respecting the place which I don't like and just to add we all got our deposit back again before we even left the hotel so the bottom line is you behave and respect the property then you don't have a problem with your deposit! (The receptionist said we were very good girls lol, the food and drinks were fine too and always found something to eat and the drinks were good (Smirnoff) so if you have booked don't stress you will have a good time!

We booked an afternoon in the indoor pool party for my daughter's hen. We were greated by Rafa on arrival. Rafa was very honest, informing us that the indoor pool party was quiet as had only opened for the season the previous week. We were told that the restaurant was open until 3.30pm and as per booking information, all inclusive until 7pm. It was quiet, but just what we needed. Drinks were ok, cocktails, long drinks, beer and soft drinks available. Food in the restaurant was ok, plenty of choice and included the ice cream. Music was monotonous in the same boom boom boom, would have been nice for some variety. But overall our group enjoyed the afternoon amd we thought it was good value for money. Rafa was a superb host

Lots of people complained about this hotel which made us nervous well wasn't they wrong the room was ok just little outdated but it was fine for our couple days the staff and security were absolutely fab really enjoyed the food especially the breakfasts it's was little loud but your in a adults hotel only so would expect the only down fall for the hotel is the walk into town and back but taxi was only 6 euros which is nothing if there's a group currently looking to book again I would recommend the all inclusive rather than self catering and loved the foam party can't say about the deposit back as only landed yesterday but would deffo recommend

Amazing time! Rafa was such a good host, he accommodated really well and sorted anything we needed! Would defiantly come back with friends! Fab girls holiday. Food was good, many options, pool is open good time of the day, roof top terrace is brilliant!
