Fantastic time was had by all first of all fabulous staff very friendly and unbelievable hard working room was serviced every day and it was spotless the hotel its self is immaculate . Room was great lots of space to lounge about came with a kettle and a fridge which was all we needed all the meals we had through the week were well cooked and very tasty and the kids loved it The pool area is great plenty loungers we never had a problem getting one ,absolutely nothing not to like I would definitely recommend this Hotel ..

Just returned from a great trip to The Benidorm Sandos Suites for 2 family birthday celebrations. All the staff were great, rooms clean and spacious. Food, drink and evening entertainment very good. We thought the evening meal start time of 7.30pm is a little late. The pool opened at 9.00am so this meant no 6.00am start to get the sunbeds. I wish people wouldn’t feed the pigeons around the pool. We all had a brilliant holiday and will definitely return and hopefully have better weather.

Excellent! Efficient check in, family rooms together and accommodated with a large table, really appreciated. An excellent range of good food for all us fussy eaters, like the help yourself to drinks. Everywhere was clean and well kept, rooms refreshed daily by friendly staff. The entertainment staff were really good with the youngsters, incredible memory for names. The bar staff were super and the lifeguard even on cooler days was attentive and nice. A 10 min walk to the beach, perfect location. Hope to return soon.

I absolutely love this hotel the atmosphere, the food the staff, the cleanliness, the entertainment was all just perfect for us and I couldn’t recommend it enough I went with my mum and my toddler who is 2 and we each had the best time, Jenny and Ainhoa were particularly our favourite staff members at sandos suits purely because they couldn’t do enough for us so friendly polite and helpful they literally don’t stop to give you the best experience possible, the rooms were cleaned daily, the food was different every single day and you are spoiled for choice, I’m current looking to book again for September to return and I’ll be counting down the days, Thank you Jenny & Ainhoa xxx

Food excellent, good beer and shorts for all inclusive, all in all a great experience, cleaners every day, red hot water for shower, great sized balcony, would of been nice to have a microwave for those late night snacks, couldn't really fault the place.

Nice and clean, good food, plenty of choice on drinks too. If not keen on heights ask for lower floor as 25 storeys high , we had level 23…. I was ok as could see everywhere but hubby not so keen to look out the window. Bit of a trek to the beach but easy to find. The spa facilities at other hotel.

This was our 4th visit here, first one with our son and his girlfriend. Slightly disappointed to be put on the 18th floor (1802 and 1805) as we’d asked to be higher up and had paid for superior junior suite which Jet2 advise is on the top 3 floors and that had been the case on our previous 3 visits. Room was fine though, no different in layout or amenities, but just didn’t get as much sun on the balcony and the view was less good. That was the only slight negative though, everything else was fab as always. From Clare on reception (hope you enjoyed the caramel shortcake) to Dennis and Simeon in the restaurant and everyone in between, all were excellent. The folks at the pool bar were all nice and smiled when serving especially Henry and Reichel. The folks doing the quizzes and entertainment were great too, especially the guy that does the “hooter” noise with his nose, sorry I didn’t get his name. Food in the restaurant was nice enough and there was loads of it, plenty choice. Food at the pool bar was excellent, burgers were the best. Different chefs gave different portions though, our son was given 4 nuggets one time (too few in my opinion) and 20 another time (far too many but he shared them). Drinks were great too and premium spirits were readily available. Plenty seats and sunbeds around the pool although most beds were reserved early in the morning and then not used for hours. The staff, at all levels (from front desk, to housekeeping to dining hall service), were all exceptional. Friendly, helpful and engaging. A shout out to Dennis, one of the dining attendants; he was superb. The room was comfy, our mini bar was kept well stocked and the view from our balcony was breath taking. My only complaint was the food; I found it bland and not a lot of traditional Spanish food. It definitely catered to the British retirees that made up 80% (or more) of the guests in the hotel (we're Canadian and would have loved some more traditional food). The hotel was a nice walkable distance from the beach, old town, and the Benidorm Flea market. We had such an amazing holiday and coming back to our room after walking all day was a welcoming, warm, clean, comfy retreat. I would stay here again.

We ended up at this hotel due to the one we had booked being full and they moved us here. On arrival, we went food. As someone with no dietary requirements, the lunch and evening meals were very nice, so no complaints. However, my wife has dietary requirements. The staff tried their best to cater for her, so I have to give them credit where it’s due, however it was very limited, but I think this was likely down to them not wanting to take risks. We had booked an adults only hotel, where as this was a family hotel. Although it was November, there wasn’t many children there so it was an issue. That said, if I knew my wife could actually eat a meal there, I wouldn’t hesitate on bringing our children here for a holiday. The staff were very helpful, and extremely friendly. Unlike some all inclusive hotels, you could tell there was decent alcohol in the cocktails. If you know, you know! The room was clean, tidy and a brilliant view from the balcony. Although we didn’t spend much time around the pool or terrace, whenever we did, the surrounding buildings didn’t block out any of the sun which was also pleasant. All in, I think 4 stars could be a bit harsh, but if you do have dietary requirements, probably best to check things out first.
