Sandos Benidorm Suites

We’ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and we already know we’ll be back again. Benidorm is such a special place for us—we met here and even got engaged—so it holds a lot of meaning. That’s why choosing the right hotel is so important, and Sandos is absolutely perfect. What makes it truly stand out is the staff. They always greet us so warmly, and incredibly, they even remember our engagement story. That personal touch means the world to us—it genuinely feels like coming home every time we arrive. The hotel itself is fabulous: clean, comfortable rooms, great food with plenty of choice, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The all-inclusive setup takes all the stress out of the holiday so you can just enjoy every moment. The entertainment is always fun, and the pool area is a great place to unwind. We’ve made some of our most cherished memories here, and every stay adds something new to the story. If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a hotel, somewhere that truly cares, this is it. We wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Benidorm.

On arrival the hotel looks stunning beautiful white leather sofas in reception check in was quick and efficient not overly friendly. 4 lifts 2 each for odd and even floors so no long waits. Rooms are lovely twin beds with plenty of hanging space. Separate sitting room and area with fridge and kettle. Bathroom is a good size with walk in shower and 2 shower heads but no extractor fan. The dining room is well laid out and lovely to see reserved seating for disabled guests. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to be helpful and always enquire if you need any help. The two head waiters were excellent. There is a great variety of food every day and it's the first hotel the chef was visible at every meal always checking. The only major disappointment was the meal we booked at the in-house Indian restaurant lovely restaurant and again lovely staff but I'm afraid the food was absolutely awful nothing was authentic about the food what a shame. The bar staff were also excellent and boy can they make a cocktail. Overall it's the best hotel I've stayed in and the staff are definitely the hotels greatest asset and deserve the gratitude and praise given to them I would have no hesitation to recommend the hotel and certainly intend to visit again thank you to every staff member

Just returned from a great trip to The Benidorm Sandos Suites for 2 family birthday celebrations. All the staff were great, rooms clean and spacious. Food, drink and evening entertainment very good. We thought the evening meal start time of 7.30pm is a little late. The pool opened at 9.00am so this meant no 6.00am start to get the sunbeds. I wish people wouldn’t feed the pigeons around the pool. We all had a brilliant holiday and will definitely return and hopefully have better weather.

Excellent! Efficient check in, family rooms together and accommodated with a large table, really appreciated. An excellent range of good food for all us fussy eaters, like the help yourself to drinks. Everywhere was clean and well kept, rooms refreshed daily by friendly staff. The entertainment staff were really good with the youngsters, incredible memory for names. The bar staff were super and the lifeguard even on cooler days was attentive and nice. A 10 min walk to the beach, perfect location. Hope to return soon.

I am still at the Sandis Benidorm Suites I thought I would have to write this after reading poor reviews, i am staying at the Sandos another 2 nights and I don,t want to go home and am booking to come back ne t year this place is brilliant. My friends and I booked the Select Package which gives us access to the Select lounge, this place is perfect, a full stocked bar which you help yourself in a beautiful setting, the upgrade is well worth the money. Staff are helpful and amazing Mat from Scotland is a true gentleman helpful kind , always on the look out to help. His cheerful character makes him one of the top people there. Molly on reception is fab her lovely kind patient manner is perfect, knows lots of information about the area, so always on hand with helpful advice. Food I honestly I wasn't expecting this to be great after reading some reviews, the food is delicious there is something for everyone, my gluten free friend will agree to this. The only problem I have with the food is not being able to make my mind up because it all looks so great. Yesterday lunch time, there was salmon, prawns, muscles, chicken, beef stunning salads, live cooking station, pizza I have missed loads out and all lovely quality. All the staff are amazing the show last night ( wasn't expecting much because of the reviews) it was fab, fun and very entertaining. The young lady ( sorry didnt get your name) was brilliantl. I have 2 nights left and will update further. If you are miserable, unkind, love giving bad reviews please dont stay at this hotel, because the hard working staff dont deserve this and we happy grateful people dont want you here either. My friends and I agree we will be coming back next year, because its such a fabulous hotel.

Large family group stayed in Santos suites on the last week of August. Reception staff were friendly and when the keys stopped working, which they did quite a bit it was no problem getting them sorted. Check in was smooth, rooms were cleaned daily and each room had a fridge. Room was spacious enough for three adults. Food was of a good standard and there was different mains each night. Queues at the bar were lengthy at night. Could be standing for ten minutes at times. One of the things that bring the score down was the bar staff repeatedly asking for tips both at the pool bar and interior bar at night. The entertainment was a bit of a let down! The younger kids were hard to entertain at times as there was NO kids cub or kids entertainment whatsoever .. It’s advertised as having one on the Jet 2 site!! Spoke to. Jet 2 rep snd was fobbed off .So bear that in mind. There is a small kid’s area which isn’t great snd it’s not supervised! The hotel is a ten minutes walk from the beach in a quiet area but if you’re looking for lively bars there are plenty five mins away. We booked the select lounge which was good at night for going and pouring your own drinks when queue was long for bar. It is a quiet lounge and worth when booking if you are looking for a quiet escape and good air conditioning. Overall a good hotel, only downside was lack of kids club and bar staff asking for tips.
