Muy bien ubicado, habitaciones grandes y cómodas.

Bonjour , j ai séjour 3 jours , emplacement très bien, mes je déconseille les repas , vraiment pas terribles.

Just back from Hbc stayed for a week what a lovely friendly place.very clean bathroom with a walk in shower room beds very comfortable and TV if needed with all English channels.resturant on ground floor good selection for breakfast hot or cold evening meal a good selection and a nice mention for the staff especially for Ana Rael and Michael.Well place to visit old town or ten minutes to all the bars.

Great location beach very close by lots of bars & restaurants The check in was very smooth & our room & bathroom was spotless during our stay we hired a safe & kettle There is plenty choice at breakfast time & chef is making omelettes & frying eggs to order , went down twice for evening meal lots to pick from ( maybe not the hottest ) but that could just be me There was music every night in the bar area which was alway busy The hotel staff were all lovely & helpful We were lucky enough to stay over new year & was treated to a fantastic evening the management & staff worked so hard making it such a special night Many thanks to all

This hotel is modern, and communal areas are very clean. Reception staff are friendly but the restaurant staff are not, apart from one young male member of staff who was helpful and always spoke. I would go as far to say other restaurant staff were plain rude. Breakfast was ok, average choice, hot selection was ok but never hot. There is a microwave to use. It would've been nice to have a more varied chopped fruit selection. Every day was orange and kiwi although there were apples and hard pears to cut up yourself. Evening meal was not great, cold unappetising food, empty trays not replenished very quickly. The bedroom was nicely appointed and clean. The bathroom had a small selection of packet shampoo and shower gel, we didn't use these. The hairdryer was good. The extractor didn't work, nor did the heater/air con but we didn't need these anyway. My biggest issue with the bathroom was the shower; every use it flooded the room. There was black mold in the tile grout and around the bottom seals, and dirt. I ran a sanitising wipe along the edge and it was filthy. This was off putting. The hotel is in a good location.
