A nice hotel ideally situated for exploring the area. Good quality of food buy I am a bit picky & wasn't that satisfied. The pool is really small for the amount of guests. Staff very professional & friendly. Orderd a breakfast package on day of departure & it was a very sad bag. 1 biscuit, 1 pastry & 1 carton of juice compared to other breakfast bags I have before. Had to buy food & not enough to satisfy. Very disappointed. Entertainment needs to reviewed. Daytime ok but evening is poor. A violinist, saxophone player etc is not enough to keep the guests entertained & engaged, even though they were very good.

We had an amazing stay at the RH Victoria and can honestly say it's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in in 50 years of world travel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, enthusiastic and happy which makes all the difference. The food was excellent, fresh and beautifully presented with a great and varied selection. Lovely wine and beers served by the staff as well as good coffee. Even sugar free foods available which was great for people like me with diabetes. Pool was small but clean and adequate with tasty snacks and drinks available. Great central location, a short walk to the beach and old town. Our bathroom was a bit dated but that didn't matter as the room was spotless and most importantly had the most amazing panoramic view of Benidorm from the 16th floor. 5 stars from us and highly recommend and suggest people ignore any negative reviews.

We stayed for two weeks half board in room 306 and had high expectations from former reviews. Bathroom is very dated, neither of the handbasins could be sealed and the shower panel leaked onto the floor every single time. Food was poor, we've had far better from lower rated hotels. I tried the soup on our first night and it was barely luke warm, I told the waitress when she asked me if I had finished but no response. Show cooking is a joke, it took so long to fry a pork chop that the chips were cold. On at least four nights I didn't take hot food and made do with salad and bread. Porridge was nice and creamy a few times but unpredictable, sometimes watery. Baked desserts, we tried the apple crumble and could barely find any apple underneath the overcooked crumble. Custard thin and runny. We were charged for a bottle of wine that we'd neither ordered nor signed for, my husband managed to get it refunded after we'd questioned it so do check your bill before settling. All in all I believe the rating is too high, we stayed in a 4* hotel close by two years ago and it was far superior. The staff are very helpful and friendly and hotel is in a good position for the old town.

Stayed here for 4 days in April with friends. The hotel is perfect for beach front, Bars and clubs and tapas ally. Rooms cleaned daily, room rates include breakfast of which there is a great choice, nice pool area and the staff are very helpful. Recommend

Coming home today . I can honestly say this is one the best hotels I’ve stayed in . Staff are lovely and polite . Helped us with trips and assisted us with everything we needed food was great . Nice and clean very nice hotel and lovely people and guests. And on my birthday left me a little surprise . Definitely recommend

This was our third time back and we really appreciated getting our requested room allocation 1406 thank you view was amazing and want to go higher next time. Staff and cleanliness make this hotel as well as location. It was our anniversary holiday and the extra touches were really nice.maria if I remember correctly is always lovely in the restaurant , our housekeeper was fantastic, and the room was cleaned everyday. It was really appreciated to have lunch some days and dinner with others. It enables us to watch tribute nights in the new town at the right times , don't like going too late or at weekends to new towns.we also choose victoria over other rh hotels as not overrun with children,so I can swim in the pool. There have been some reviews about food in the past , I will say it's been hot each time as previously I have had to microwave food ,I feel it's getting much better , are listening to those that have not been happy this hotel still has value for money. Eva reception is also lovely. In fact all staff including the bar staff were polite and friendly. Hopefully 19th next time

10 day half board stay. Lovely clean hotel, rooms cleaned daily and towel change, nice pool area, all staff very helpful. Bar prices are not too expensive. We were upgraded ( at no extra cost ) to a family room on the 16th floor which had great views. Good location for old town benidorm, and short walk to the new town. Breakfast in the restaurant is very good, unfortunately the same cannot be said for the evening meal which was plentiful but could have been a bit more adventurous with the main selection. Do not let this put you off staying here. Have fun.

This was our first trip abroad as a family, my first time in Benidorm. The hotel is in a brilliant location, walkable to both areas just outside the old town. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The beds are very comfortable rooms are large and very clean. We had a sea view. No noise from outside at night peaceful sleep every night. The food was delicious we stayed half board. I have 2 fussy eaters and they tried new things and reported back the Spanish food is better than at home. Fellow guests mixture of English and Spanish were welcoming and chatted to the kids every day. I have nothing negative to report. This is a great hotel and I would return without hesitation. They packed us a breakfast on departure day too. Thank you HR Victoria staff for a very memorable holiday.

Came here with parents and won't return. Negatives: Food cold, poor choice, not clean enough for a 4 star, no air con, no handwash, poor toilet flushers. Positives: Room big and bright, ideal location for old town, big beds, big wardrobe and free safe. Upon arrival there was a drop of blood in reception which was there the next day. There were some rather suspicious marks in the bathroom. They have only been given a 4 star due to a gym and spa which is expensive.
