Came here with parents and won't return. Negatives: Food cold, poor choice, not clean enough for a 4 star, no air con, no handwash, poor toilet flushers. Positives: Room big and bright, ideal location for old town, big beds, big wardrobe and free safe. Upon arrival there was a drop of blood in reception which was there the next day. There were some rather suspicious marks in the bathroom. They have only been given a 4 star due to a gym and spa which is expensive.

Where do I start, what a fab hotel. We arrived at 2am the 4 of us. Delighted we had rooms next to each other. Staff welcoming and informative. Room was large, fabulous comfy beds. Mugs and tea, coffee in room. Free safe. We were very impressed. After a lovely night's sleep, we went for breakfast. Staff lovely, in restaurant. Buffet style breakfast. Choice fab. Cereals, English breakfast, fresh fruit and juices. Again mugs in dining room, not silly cups. English tea and sausages. Food plentiful and such a well organised dining room. Everything was available. Especially happy, the hotel had my lactose free and alternative milk. 10/10 for breakfast. Pool lovely, a little bit shaded, but hotel can't help surrounding buildings. Free sunbeds and very comfy. Lunch buffet again. Great choice, even English crisps... never ever had this before. Great with our fresh rolls. Dinner, had show cooking and again food fabulous. Every member of staff in this hotel, from reception to the restaurant friendly and genuinely happy to help you. Brilliant stay, most definitely would return. We never had any noise from other rooms and we all said we slept so well. On the last day, our luggage stored and curtesy shower available . This hotel was amazing 5 mins from old Benidorm. Great location. This hotel is brilliant, just keep doing what you are doing.

Arrived early, check in was quick and efficient and we were allowed to leave our luggage until the room was ready. Popped back later for the room key and luggage, very impressive. Room 207 was well appointed and exactly what you would expect from a four plus hotel. Room serviced every day and linen replaced at least every other day from what I recall and towels replaced every day on request. My husband had his birthday while we were there and the hotel very kindly and without any notice left a balloon, a card and lollipops on the bed for him. A very unexpected touch! Our board basis was bed and breakfast so I cannot comment on anything other than the first meal of the day. Breakfast was superb. You would need to be a very fussy eater not to find something that you would enjoy. More cold cuts and cheese than you could ever eat, buns, croissants and waffles both hot and cold. Three types of sausage, English, Spanish and Chorizo. Beans, tomato, mushrooms, bacon (Spanish type bacon I call it, but hey ho) and eggs over and under, scrambled and in omelettes. Great hotel I would have no hesitation to recommend to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Benidorm.

Chose this hotel because of an issue with our original hotel & thought this was a good choice as have stayed in the RH hotels before. Hotel is lovely & clean, with a good quality bed & pillows & quiet at night to get some sleep. It's in a good spot for both old town & new ,just a few minutes walk from tapas alley & lots of shops & restaurants. The main problem at this hotel is the pool is in the shade most of the day so nobody uses it till late afternoon at this time of year . The other problem lots of people saying the same thing is the evening meal is very limited choice on the hotplate ,& the hotplate is not hot !! Food is just lukewarm. The soup & salads were good ,as was the ice cream machine. After two evenings we gave up on evening meal & chose to eat out after that . We did have lunch instead a few times ,this seemed better food . We found the staff quite miserable they hardly ever smiled, & a younger male on reception was quite arrogant . At the bar the Spanish guests got nibbles with their drinks, we never got any, we did go over the road to the Royal for a drink which we much preferred, we have stayed there before & loved that hotel so wish we had stayed there instead. The entertainment was awful & the same most nights ( line dancing). So we wouldn't return to this RH .

Have just returned from a week's stay at the RH Victoria which we booked based on other reviews. We were not disappointed. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly. The rooms are a very good size and the beds and pillows were so comfy, you cannot hear any noise from other rooms. We had an issue with our air con on the first night, couldn’t get it to work, mentioned it when we went down in the morning and it was promptly sorted. The pool is on the small side and yes the sun loungers are in the shade for quite a bit of the day but it’s a five minutes walk to Levante beach where you get the sun all day and have the Mediterranean to swim in (with the fish ). We were in room 205 and had views of the mountains and the sea from our balcony. Would definitely recommend and if we visit Benidorm again, wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel.

Upon first inspection, looked nice and room bright. Dig a little deeper and you will find there are no hooks, no handwash, and stains where there shouldn't be. The wardrobe was spacious, but not enough hangers. Safe was free. The air con was non existent and you couldn't alter the heating which was set at 21c and it was red hot weather. Whilst the bathroom was large, there were terrible marks under toilet and on bidet (use your imagination) which remained there for the full week. You were provided an anti slip bath mat which was like paper, would have expected a rubber mat for a 4 star. The food was beyond a joke...cold on every sitting, soups were like dishwater, everything was tasteless. If you wanted to view drinks, you had to scan a QR code. To pay for drinks, you had to sign a form and then go and pay at reception, it was like the dining room staff couldn't be trusted taking money. Location is good for the Old Town, but no good if you wanted the other side with entertainment. Will not stay again.

We (2 brothers in very early 50s) have just returned from St Patrick's Day festivities in Benidorm and once again stayed at the RH Victoria. This is our second stay at the hotel on an all inclusive basis and once again, our stay was superb. The hotel is modern and very well located between the Old Town/Levante Districts and the beach. It's location is perfect as its not far to walk anywhere and if you fancy either district, its on your door step. We made good use of the restaurant and bar and have to say the food was amazing and the staff were top notch. Thank you very much for looking after us and making us feel very welcome. Paul and Steve

We have just returned from a 4 week stay at this hotel. There are plenty of positives about this hotel but unfortunately negatives too. On the plus side, the location of the hotel is perfect for those who like to spend time in the old town. The rooms are extremely spacious, light and airy. Must make a special mention of Olga who cleans the rooms on the 8th floor. She is an absolutely lovely lady who clearly takes pride in her work and is always cheerful and helpful. We had issues with a non flushing toilet on 2 occasions which the hotel dealt with promptly. Now to the negatives primarily the food which in our opinion was very hit and miss. The breakfasts were excellent but the evening meal was generally poor. Many of the dishes were flavourless and quite often undercooked. Desserts were disappointing. Soundproofing between rooms was practically non existent. We would stay at this hotel again but probably on a b&b basis.

On arrival we were greeted warmly by the receptionist. Our room was on the 11th floor room 1108. We had a lounge area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom. The bathroom was spotless. Plenty of tea and coffee. We had a balcony that over looked Benidorm. Free safe and Wi-Fi We were on a half board basis. Breakfast was plentiful with an excellent variety of food. Prosecco was an added bonus. Evening meal was also very good lovely choice of food. A special mention to the waiters and waitresses. So attentive and happy. Bar staff were equally as nice. We cannot fault anything. Highly recommend. The only thing that let the holiday down was the weather ☔️
