Not much I can say really, the room I was allocated was dreadful so dark and dull and I was unable to open the curtains (dark black no net curtains or blinds) as I was on the 1st floor and there was a walk way fire escape outside my window which allowed people to look into the room. The amount of cigarette butts outside the window on the ground was crazy. The food was also so bad we had to find restaurants outside after paying for full board. The staff although nice they seemed to be under pressure which caused long delays at the various bars and reception.  I won’t be returning….

La ubicación si buscas playa y tranquilidad es perfecta, pero si buscas el jaleo de la fiesta y demás, ya estamos hablando de unos 3 km del hotel. La única pega que le pondría es la comida, poca variedad para un hotel 4 estrellas. Eso sí, las vistas y el ascensor panorámico espectaculares! Pdt: mejorar el tema de la comida porfavor; también aprovechar esas mesas que tenéis para poner más variedad de comida y no repetir la misma comida por cada lado del buffet.

Todo de 10 me gusto mucho este hotel y su personal muy amable,la piscina y los mojitos de mi favoritos, la cama muy cómoda, la ducha súper amplia, todo genial volvería mil veces 😁

Servicio magnífico igual que las instalaciones, la comida, mejorable algún mediodía, pero buenísima, y atención siempre genial en recepción, y esperando volver el año próximo. Única petición, más jabón y champú en el baño.

Stayed at the gran Bali and was a little put off when first read the reviews. Just got back to day after 4 nights had really great time ,there was always something to eat plenty of choice ,plenty of choice of drinks on the all inclusive. We found all the staff friendly and helpful . The rooms are clean . It is a busy hotel with lots of Spanish guests Found them to be friendly enough The only downside was the lifts they are a bit slow but that’s not the end of the world

This is the worst hotel if you’re from the uk as the staff do nothing for the English. We were waiting for nearly 30mins to be served in the restaurant and we watched say 40 people all Spanish come in after me and my son and the head waiter served them all first. The male staff are ALL IGNORANT AND that waiter is very lucky he didn’t get laid out to sleep. They really hate on the English at this hotel. There rude as hell the male staff especially but even some of the female staff are also. No complimentary water in the room when checking even after asking they just hang up the phone on me .. ..not child’s friendly hotel and the glasses are so dirty on the table .. you definitely have to pay for a bottle of water even after i have all inclusive package which is absolutely ridiculous.. definitely a 0star. The bedsheet wasn’t changed.. I can continue..

It’s our first day here and so far everything is a disappointment. From the receptionist, to the room given and the worst is the main dining area. I get that it’s a big facility, but cleanliness and hygiene must be meet to a certain standard. Not to mention the ineffectiveness of the waiters. Nobody attended to us (no big deal, really) but then when we asked for something, two of the waitresses were not nice. We asked for a clean glass and that was a big mistake! The glasses, utensils and plates are dirty. I have never been to a place where they actually serve you with dirty wares. What a shame! We really looked forward to staying here :(

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in the first week in November and all I can say is that I had a fantastic experience. I couldn’t fault anything the hotel was kept up to a very high standard for cleanliness and hygiene quality. The staff went out of their way to help me with any issues and treated me well . The facilities are fantastic and the food was excellent. I would like to thank all the staff who made my vacation absolutely amazing. To all the chefs and staff that are not visible they are doing a fantastic service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a vacation in Benidorm as you will get a fantastic time as the hotel has a fantastic atmosphere and great outdoor activities to enjoy. So thanks again to everyone at the Gran Bali Hotel for a fantastic time.

Horrific my purse was stole from the room whilst at breakfast for half an hour. No one cared I went to reception 4 times and each time they didn’t know about it happening. Eventually contacted the police. Also there was a swingers convention going on when I was there. Posters advertised in lifts with room numbers displayed. Complained to Easy Jet holidays

For an all inclusive hotel, the drinks stop from 23.00pm, this was not explained upon check in! Breakfast food selection was good lunch and dinner not so much! There was never enough staff serving drinks at the bar and they were also not very helpful! The pool was absolutely freezing considering the weather was beautiful hot outside! The room was of good standard! Location to the beach is perfect and a nice walk away from the town! Overall was a good stay but the hotel does need some improvements and changes to the way the all inclusive works!

Cellings falling apart, most horrific smell in the rooms and staff did nothing. Blood stained pillows and black marks in the bed. Poor standard of cleanliness not a 4 star as advertised! Very disappointed! We went as two couples, when arriving they couldn’t find our booking on the system.. after a long while messing around they placed us in different rooms (family rooms) this is not a problem however, the room smelt extremely bad like sweaty feet. We did complain to the hotel who told us they would fix the problem and send the maintenance team, they never came! This lead to us leaving the balcony door open for the majority of time we were only here two nights, but we made sure to be out of the hotel as much as possible! The rooms were very outdated and didn’t look in good condition, as I booked this on the photographs advertised (the photos were wrong). The whole room was just very poor quality of cleanliness. The bed had blood stains on the pillow and black marks that I can only discribe as tire marks. The furniture was old and just looked dirty. The bathroom ceiling had wooden slats that exposed the pipe work and other objects above your head. The room was dusty and dirt trapped on the wood work! From the out side the hotel looked ok and the pool area was nice but I would never return here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! This was a birthday present for my husband and I can honestly say the hotel was such a disappointment.

Omg stunning hotel great pool sauna spa food staff clean will defo be returning in 26 for sure had the best rest easy to access nice clean rooms fab views from skybar loved it and u get a free cocktail super time really enjoyed our stay the pasta n desserts were fabulous

In a quieter location. Perfect for us Right near the beach. Worth upgrading to a sea view room, our room was on floor 23, the views are spectacular. The food is ok, typical buffet style. No cocktails included in the all inclusive package. One pool closed for animation team to host activities, no water activities were held whilst we were there, so it's not fair to keep it closed all day. Bus stop is at the side of the hotel so its easy to go and explore. Overall great for a short break but if you want to be in the centre of things, this is not the hotel for you.
