I stayed at the hotel and was great.u had a great time.the hotel is well located and the entertainment team is also very entertaining. Greeting to Jose Patricia Miguel Tamara and especially to Daniel who is the best entertainer and always smiling.

Avoid at all cost. The hotel is dirty and out dated. Only a couple of staff are nice the rest are rude and management are unresponsive. There are no separate utensils used for uncooked meat and other foods. The pool and surrounding areas are dirty. Witness a fight on the steps of the hotel. Gypsies arrived 1st week and again 2nd week and took over the hotel to which staff allowed. When we arrived there were ants in our rooms which I had to request for the room to be cleaned and sprayed. I asked 4 times and requested for the beds to be changed. The room was only sprayed and the floor cleaned once. Beds were never changed. Not a family hotel. It is grime, flee and ant rided

⚠️ TERRIBLE POOL SUPERVISION ⚠️ My son suffered a head injury because another child jumped on him without any control in the slide area. There was only one lifeguard for the entire pool, which is unacceptable in a family hotel. He needed two staples and can’t swim for the rest of our stay. Serious negligence — not safe for children!

Stayed at the Hotel Last week for a family holiday. There were 9 of us so we had 3 rooms. My mother in law has MS so she had her mobility scooter so when it came to the lifts it was a complete nightmare. 4 lifts for the entire hotel which is ridiculous. On some days she had to wait 20 mins to 40 waiting for a lift to either go down or up to her room. Also the lifts were so hot with no air conditioning. Some of the staff were awful and rude. And we did notice that with other foreigners that were staying there they got treated so much better than us. Rooms were ok but the floors were dirty. Be prepared to queue for your sun beds as usual but what we did notice that people put they’re towels on in the morning and not even sit on the sun beds which I found was not really fair and I do think the hotel should do something about that. So 1 pool had the water slides and the other just a normal pool. I do think for the size of the hotel it really needs bigger pools. Because both pools were constantly overflowing we ended up going down the beach instead . We really won’t be going back to this hotel and I really think before you book please read all the reviews.

Do NOT book this hotel. My daughter’s room had stuff stolen, by the cleaner. The hotel manager was not interested. I walked past cleaners by the pool, who were smoking, whilst doing there job. The food is awful, particularly the outside bar by the children’s pool. I witnessed the ‘chef’ put raw meet on the grill, then using the same gloves turned over cooked meat, then same gloves to serve chips! No special menu or help with food interolerences. The floors by the lifts were very dangerous and wet. The lifts were awful, slow or not working. The ‘cleaners’ did not clean as they should, the shower and toilet for the whole week was filthy, they made the beds and that was it. The pool water by lunchtime was very cloudy and dirty. The ridiculous queue for sunbeds was ridiculous and dangerous. Hotel were not interested.

We were worried about coming here after seeing reviews but we had an amazing holiday as a family of 4. The hotel was lovely and well maintained. The rooms were clean and fresh and were kept clean and beds were made throughout our stay. The staff were great, always friendly and helpful even the night receptionist was brilliant when we checked in at 3am! Everyone we encountered throughout our stay were very friendly and happy. The restaurant and food were nice, there was always something for us to eat even with the fussy ones. The staff were good in the restaurant quickly clearing plates as we went, again always friendly. The pool was nice, we always managed to get a sunbed although you did have to queue in the morning for this. The entertainment was always good when we were there, different things each night. The only slight downside was that sometimes you had to wait a while for the lift at busy times but I expected that given the size of the hotel and we were on the 12th floor and the wait wasn’t that bad. The location of the hotel was good, literally a 15 minute walk to the beach and near to lots of shops for all your needs. We encountered no issues with noise either from in the hotel or from outside. All in all we had a great holiday and would definitely come back again. 5* Also the zoo Terra Natura was amazing we loved it.
