Magic Cristal Park

This is a very honest review and will give pros and cons... Pros (short list) - location is good for old and new town. - if you have the ultra all inclusive the extras are very good, we enjoyed the medieval show which you get all food and soft drinks free, terra natura park and terra aqua were nice days out also. - the staff were very friendly and helpful, reception sorted issues swiftly and the bar staff especially Anita were great but were severly ran off there feet as there most definitely wasnt enough staff for the amount of people in the hotel. Cons - all inclusive finishes at 12pm on your departure day, no matter what time you arrive something easyjet didn't inform us and I had spoken to them before I left about this as had seen a review on here about it, supposedly its in a hidden bit of there website. As we didnt arrive until the second day of our holiday, I wasnt happy about losing a full days all inclusive as we had a late pick up and thankfully the reception gave us a day pass for food and drinks. - cleanliness in the hotel was disgraceful, our rooms were never fully cleaned and twice the sheets they had put on had blood on them which I had to complain about to reception and cleaning to get them removed and clean ones put back on. - the pool area is way to small for the amount of guests the hotel has and meant people had to just sit on the dirty floors. - the gym that was advertised was only for staff. - there is 4 lifts for a 7 floor hotel and one was constantly broken, one of our party has mobility issues and struggled to the dining area on the bottom floor and managed once or twice to the pool when he was lucky enough to get a lift. - it is very loud at all times of the day especially at night as the entertainment runs to nearly 12 and the walls are crepe paper thin. - as above the entertainment was really late especially since most of the shows were for kids they had a disney show on my son wanted to see but didnt start until 11.15 where by that time he was shattered. - it states if your with ultra all inclusive your mini bar is stocked we arrived with nothing in it and took 2 days of asking to get anything filled, this then consisted of 1 beer for 2 adults and 1 pepsi max, no water or other drinks to share. - food was cold at all times of the day and they even have signs saying if you want it hotter use the microwave provided. I wouldn't return here its like a slightly posher hostel but would return to benidorm.

The sun-drenched terrace offered a lovely space for relaxation, though the heat became intense during peak hours. A refreshing dip in the pool was often desired, but finding a free spot proved challenging. Mealtimes provided adequate sustenance for everyone. The hotel's vibrant atmosphere was filled with a diverse range of guests. A multilingual staff worked diligently to cater to everyone's needs. This spot is truly something special, the views are incredible. Getting around was a bit of a hassle with those elevator lines, though. Accessibility could definitely be improved for those with mobility issues. Still, I'd probably go back again, just maybe at a less busy time. It's worth checking out despite the elevator situation.

I was so Sceptical about staying here as the reviews are not pleasant, You get what you paid for it’s a budget hotel our room was very spacious with a big window that opens quite a lot (missed having a balcony) our views were out the front facing the school the room were dated but are clean and have massive beds. A fridge for our milk and decent air con also had a tv with British channels. The pressure of the shower was good. Hairdryer was old but worked. (My friends room didn’t have working hairdryers or tvs The staff mostly are ok not the most friendliest but not ignorant, I loved the roof top defiantly the best part of the stay pool was ok but weird having a massive glass roof but the cocktails were lethal We were room only so can’t comment on food A lot of other people staying there are Spanish and I wouldn’t stay here again but I don’t think it is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.
