This is a 4-star hotel that truly delivers 5-star service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests, making the entire stay feel warm and welcoming. One of the standout aspects was the level of hospitality, which went beyond expectations.
All meals were catered, ensuring that I never had to worry about food. However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety.
The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience.
Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above.

The hotel was better than expected. I could even print as much papers as I wanted for free. I got upgraded for a room with a bathtub but it was facing the main road and it was very noisy, later then changed me to a quieter room.

Big rooms. Nice hotel. There is a large selection for food, Chinese cuisine. There are washing machines for free.
Unfortunately there are no completely non-smoking rooms or floors. The bed smelled of tobacco the first few days. There is not much to do in the hotel, there is no children playground anywhere nearby.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Downstairs, on the first floor there's a coffee shop (Cotti Coffee) which was very convenient for a coffee lover like myself. I'm quite pleased with the overall experience at this hotel.

I stayed at Orange Hotel for the second time. I like this hotel very much. It is clean and sanitary. The room layout is very atmospheric and the sound insulation is good. The large curved projection is very comfortable for watching movies.
