Environment: I felt unsafe. Three public elevators (and elevators to various places in the building, like a dance hall, billiards room, and karaoke) led to rooms on two floors, and the room doors were always open. When I arrived, the door was wide open. The front desk said the cleaning staff left the door open for ventilation, meaning anyone could enter the hotel with the door open. We have no idea what anyone could do in there. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and I was satisfied."
