Not up to the mark as expected. Photos on the website do not justify actual room quality. Poor service experience

Resort situated in nice place with good ,polite hotel staff You will get plenty if space where you can click pics for your social media.

There is nothing much in the hotel except high prices to be paid on the name of 5 star property. There is hardly any arrangement to sit at the beach, there rooms are quite weirdly structured, no view from the rooms and property is deteriorating with every passing day. Buffet breakfast is not worth at all- they take exorbitant amount of time to serve you on the table after taking the order from live station. While the a la carte food at dinner is still fine. Their reservations staff is not cooperative specially person named frazaer and Shashank as they are not the person of their words and hardly know customer service. Other junior staff is still better and courteous enough. Mayur was better in managing and handling the client requests and situation. Overall, would not recommend this place to anyone who need to spend a good amount of money, suggest find other 5 star properties as they are much more value for money with better services and amenities. Please avoid if you like a happy goa trip.

Wonderful stay @ Azaya. Family trip that was a memorable one. Their access to beach is simply amazing. Beautifully maintained property. Sanjana, the guest relationship manager was a gem of a person. She made our stay very comfortable. The food was excellent. Being a jain family they took care of our food habits and made delicious jain food available for us . Many thanks to Chef Sharma, Chem Sam and one Chef madam and their staff Rajiv.. A must visit luxurious resort in Goa with family.

Amazing experience at Azaya,property is very nice and specifically chef Sam make sure we got the customized menu as per our choice , he made sure everything is in order as per our demand and food was delicious Jordan and other staff was also very courteous

We liked everything. very good service, delicious food, order, cleanliness. A friendly and good girl works who is good friends with our children, her name is Vaibhavi. The hotel is on the seashore, which is very convenient. thank you for a wonderful vacation

An exquisite property in South Goa with immense amenities and luxuries. We took a pool suite which gave us our privacy and simply amplified the serene silent south Goa experience for us. No trip is made wonderful unless you have hosts who put in their souls for trip to be successful. Shifa was there to greet us and handle all our issues. A very pleasant and helpful human being. She also suggested things to check out and enjoy in Goa. Sachin, who works in the restaurant bar was the star of the show. Not just that, when we connected and I needed some help, he was more than kind to go out of his way to help us after his job timings! Azaya is a lucky workplace to be where every employee feels empowered to represent the hotel/resort as their one stop representative. Needless to say grand property, direct access to the beach, great shack and restaurants. And don’t miss the sunset if you’re here.

Azaya is the best resort I have ever stayed …atmosphere and greenery maintained is beyond words …. Homely feel environment… eco system around is well taken care of …staffs are at the best and always soft spoken…quick respond and the service when called … stay and room was out of the world…..food and ambiance excellent… will be visiting again very soon … *****star ratings

Amazing property. Very close to nature. Spacious rooms. Delicious food. People are very kind and attentive to guests. We got the private pool as well which is one of the specialities of this hotel. Beach is just few steps walking and is amazing. Kid friendly place!

It was a great stay in Azaya. The location where the hotel is close to the beach. We had planed to stay for one day so our experience was so good so we extended our stay for one more day the room was nice and Elvis from housekeeping who was our room attendant throughout our stay was kind and very helpful and kept our room very clean. The food was good and we enjoyed our stay and highly recommended hotel in good budget hope to visit again

Best Place to unwind your self. Everything is beautiful about this place. Definitely a must visit. With your family, your friends, your business trip or you just alone, just come to this place to feel amazing. Also click loads of pictures to save as memories .

Let me start with the fact the this property has close proximity to Dabolin airport.. it takes around 45 mins to reach the property… I booked patio sitting room for 3 nights… period of stay 15 to 18 June 2024… room is of pretty good size with enough space to walk…. But the services are not as expected… property is not a maintained property… jacuzzi is not working… even I find the pool is not clean… no body to attend at pool… pool amenities including towel not there… no tubes and other facilities for kids….even the rooms are in bad shape… though I have taken a patio sitting room but I hardly was able to use it as water was leaking from top and to much of dirt collection over there… house keeping is too late to deliver your need…. Even the water is not clean in the bathroom… overall not to recommend anyone for this property…

The place is very nice. People like Malistan and Auston were very helpful. They did a great job making us feel comfortable. The place is near the beach and it is so easy to walk and feel connected to nature. The food was great at La Concha and staff was very cordial.
