That charged me twice!

I paid extra for a queen bed, instead got two single beds tied to each other. Window does not seal perfectly, so there's some small street noise coming in. There was a crack in the wall paint near the window, and the ceiling of the shower had some black mould spots showing that ventilation in the bathroom is insufficient. On the rooftop, the glass panes around the tiny pool had lots of water stains. On the bright side: the church view from the window was great, the breakfast was plenty and decent, the HVAC worked well, the location is great to visit the handcrafts fair on Sunday, and the price was okay-ish.

Great hotel, close to all the good things to do in the city. Enjoyed my stay very much. Friendly and helpful staff.

It's in a great location and at a reasonable price. We tried to request some extra sheets but there were none. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast was good.

The hotel offers great value for money and is in a great location for visiting the city's main attractions. However, since it is in the city center, it is common to find many homeless people, so be careful. Since it is in front of a church and on a very busy street, there is a real problem with noise, but since it was a leisure trip, I was practically only at the hotel at night to rest.

Amazing hotel!!!! Worth every penny. Polite staff. Amazing breakfast. I will definitely stay at the hotel again.

Good location, spacious room, very good shower and hearty breakfast. However, terrible service, especially from Marcelo, the elevator didn't work to the floor we wanted, we had to climb the stairs, very old. Bad bedroom bed, springy and making a lot of noise about nothing, poor quality pillow. Slippery shower floor. We stayed over the weekend and due to the fair on Sunday, there was a lot of noise in the early morning due to the tents being set up. Terrible, I won't go back and I don't recommend it!

There are no windows with insulation against external sound, the area is very noisy!!!!!

The service was excellent, everything was organized and preserved. Room service was fast and accurate. The breakfast was sensational with many varieties. I will definitely return to the hotel.

I went with two friends to walk around the city and took the opportunity to visit the hippie market. It is on the street of the hotel. You just have to get off and walk there. It was great!!!! The hotel is in a perfect location. After checking out, I asked them to store my backpack and those of other friends who were with me at the reception, since we would still be in the city for the whole afternoon and our trip would only be at night. The receptionist promptly helped us and kindly stored our luggage until 10 pm. When we returned, they even made the bathroom in the cafeteria available for us to use, if necessary! Anyway, I would like to praise the entire staff and the hotel structure, which was truly excellent in every aspect. In addition to all the comfort and location, the excellent service certainly made all the difference in our stay. A 10!

Hotel is well located, offers a satisfactory breakfast but the corridors are somewhat noisy at night! The location next to São José Church always means you wake up at 6:50am.
