Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife for our ten year wedding experience staff were very polite very nice spacious room had everything we needed was very clean and the for the price we paid very happy with the outcome would definitely come here again x

Their apartment services is the worst I have experienced so far, once the toiletries are provided before check in you wouldn’t receive another except if one is staying over 7 days. What an awful experience. I wouldn’t be returning there again. I have always booked apartments in all my travels never have I experienced a thing like this. You have to pay extra for the apartment to be tidied and for the beddings to be changed. But the location is wonderful despite the poor services.

Great location and close proximity of the city centre. Very basic breakfast for €18 each. No air conditioning available but a mini fan is provided in the room. Would recommend staying here if temperature is lower.

It is a great place to stay in Paris. it's clean with great service. The staff where great. Awesome Customer Service

The room was clean and spacious. Kitchen and utensils was provided. Only 10 minutes walk to station. There was a big playground in the front of the hotel, also a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Just what the doctor ordered! definitely will be back.

Very good location, with restaurant, food store and supermarket nearby. It's convenient for sightseeing as well.

Terrible stay! Terrible sleepless nights and terrible breakfast. Keep away from this hotel! Stained bedding and leaking shower.

Personnel de l'accueil a bien pris le temps de répondre à mes diverses questions ou demandes. Salle de bain très fonctionnel. Point négatif sur les luminaires de la chambre : plafonnier et lampes de chevets manque de puissance d'éclairage.

Мы проживали три человека в апартаментах, все понравилось, было уютно и тепло, расположение отеля хорошее, до центра Парижа на Метро 30-40 минут, можно добраться и на автобусе, район где расположен отель тихий, безопасный.

パリ観光で利用しました。 部屋が広く、キッチンが付いているのが良かったです。 調理器具も一通りあり、長期旅行をしていて、自炊をしたかったのでとても助かりました。 アメニティはボディーソープのみでした。 4泊して、清掃やタオルシーツの交換は一度もありませんでしたが、お願いすればしてくれるのかもしれません。 タオルを乾かす機械があったので、次に使うときには乾いていたので困りませんでした。 フロントの方の対応も良かったです。 駅が徒歩圏内にあり、スーパーや飲食店も近くにありました。

아무리 이해하려해도 5일에 수건 두장만 주는건 이해가 안됩니다. 하수구냄새도 욕실과 냉장고 열때나고 세면대는 물이 잘 안빠져요.

La habitación estaba bien! La limpieza se abona aparte.

Ficamos 07 dias e 06 noites no hotel .... tivemos um problema na fechadura da porta do nosso apt ( 321 ) , que perdurou todo o periodo ... sem regularização pela administração do hotel . O problema foi na fechadura do nosso quarto .... não conseguiamos abrir a porta com o nosso cartão , dado na recepção ... todas as vezes que queriamos entrar no nosso quarto , tinhamos que chamar o recepcionista ... isso acontecia pelo menos 02 x por dia ... e demoravamos para adentrar ao nosso quarto +/- 20 min , a cada vez ...a noite, era pior, só tinha um recepcionista e tudo era mais dificultoso ... uma das noites , ficamos mais de 40 min , para adentrar ao nosso quarto ... não encontramos o recepcionista ( parece que estava lanchando ) ... e ficamos esperando ... até ele chegar ... subir ... desmontar a fechadura ... e abrir a porta pra nós . Por várias vezes , pedi para eles trocarem a fechadura ... ou nos mudar de quarto ... no entanto , nenhuma dessas sugestões foram aceitas. Em uma das noites , um dos atendentes , já envergonhado pela situação repetitiva ... quis fazer um agrado para nós , falando que o café da manhã do dia seguinte , era por conta do hotel ...agradecemos e fomos tomar o café ... no entanto , chegando ao Brasil , constatei que o mesmo foi cobrado ... talvez por falta de comunicação entre eles .
