Ulasan Hampton Inn & Suites Alexandria Old Town Area South

Hmmm.this is my second time going to this hotel, I loved it the first time but not this time. Everything about this hotel is really nice, the place neat and staff are all nice. But the problem is I parked my CAR at the parking lot of the hotel and woke up in the morning to find all my car tires were stolen. I mean all four tires of my care were gone.the crops were called and that was it.No body from the hotel even called to check on us or said anything. The manager was not around and I left a message that he should called me and up till now no one has called. I don't think I will ever go to this hotel again even though it a nice place I don't like the way my situation was handle..

Very good hotel situation. The location is great to get to the WA mall quickly. The lower/ground floor was very clean and service was excellent (Way-to-go MIMI!!) However, when you go into the upper floors the rest of the hotel smells very musty. The rooms are adequately cleaned but still smell musty/damp. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

Good breakfast. Good service. But the entrance of the hotel is very close to the highway. If pass the entrance, has to turn back with long distance

The hotel was clean and staff was very accommodating.
