"The room was big, near and clean. Ac was also effective. The only problem is they don't know the hospitality. I had to ask for complementary water bottles every morning. Even they refused to help for keeping luggage in the car after checkout by saying that they don't have a helper. This was a very unprofessional answer. Finally i had to carry the luggage down in the car."

"Location is good. No glass partition in bathroom, instead polythene is provided. No committed restaurant for the unit as there are two hotels in the premises. Breakfast is arranged in other unit and only mediocre veg is prepared. Not even egg or omelette is prepared even on demand saying this is a veg restaurant; though there is multi-cuisine restaurant available. One has to walk down to other unit for getting food. Room service is not provided in many a times. Front desk and room service response is very poor. No bottled water for rooms instead they fill water from in-house. Over all, this hotel charges very high and the customer has to suffer. To reach front desk , you have climb 15 steps. MMT please check before indicating 4 star/ 3 star and the charges. "

The food quality was very nice and the kudos to the whole staff who were very helpful during our stay of 3 nights. "Dear Travellers ! This is truly a mix of luxury and value for money resort. Due to off season we were expecting better pricing but it was not costly for sure. Location is good . They have ample space for parking around 20 + Cars . Good front desk and a beautiful swimming pool. We liked there Mango trees and stone covered romantic sitting space near pool. Restaurent Kiskindha was really nice with attached Bar as well. Good tasty food however few more options can be added in food items. Service was top notch and I really appreciate our conversation with Mr. Maruthi - front desk officer, Mr Prakash, Heena Kausar at restaurant, staffs like darshan ,Viresh and Ramesh helped us to show around the property. Missed to take few more names but all were good. We had good and pleasant stay and would recommend you to visit as well. Thanks and cheers !"

"This hotel is top class hotel for family which has got 2 separate, veg and non veg restaurant. Lot of tress around but still on main road in hospet. We stayed here for 2 night and we enjoyed our sta. Nevedyam veg restaurant is very good for breakfast and meals. Very clean and family friendly ambiance. Huge parking place. They are slow in room service but we preferred going in their restaurant."
