Excellent service from the front desk, clerk all the way to the staff at the cafeteria restaurant. It’s an older building that has been remodeled and very stylish facilities. The room is absolutely beautiful. I had the breakfast buffet, and it was very good. Lots of options to choose from.

But fortunately, Ctrip's customer service manager helped me solve the problem in time. Ctrip is still reliable when I go out in the future. The front desk of this hotel really feels like bullying foreigners.

I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet.

It was very hot in the first half of the night, and I didn't dare to open the window. The balcony door is very cool when it is opened, but I dare not open it at night. The ceiling windows on the fourth floor are not blocked, and it is very bright early in the morning.
