While the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries. However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises. Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

I stayed in the apartment for one night, as I had a long layover in Belgrade. I had three suitcases and when I was looking for where to stay, I specifically had the elevator filter on. However, the apartment does not have an elevator which works. I had to drag up my luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. There was someone to help me when I arrived, however I was checking out at 3am and had to do it myself. Please, be aware that if you have luggage, a stroller or disabilities, this place won’t be right for you! The residences should update their profile. The overall apartment was nice and fits the photos, however the elevator was an issue as I specifically looked for hotels or apartments with an elevator and had it in my filters.

Cleanliness, decent rooms. Good breakfast. Quite far from the old town (if you consider walking, rather than taking a cab). There's also a gym and a sauna there (I haven't tried it though). A late check-out can be granted.
