Menginap di kamar quadruple dengan 2 tempat tidur double kamar luas dan bersih cocok untuk 4 orang. Layanan kamar/rumah
menjaga tidak tersedia tetapi handuk tersedia berdasarkan permintaan. Sayangnya bar ditutup tetapi restoran terbuka dengan menu yang indah. Secara keseluruhan akan merekomendasikan?

Excellent location for exploring the city. Hotel is few mins walk from Europa bus centre where you can get the bus directly to Belfast City Airport and Belfast International Airport.

A very well-located hotel. The lobby also looks quite nice! Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious; since we booked a family room, there was also a sofa. Overall, we were very satisfied with the room. However, it's worth mentioning that the sink in the bathroom was clogged, which made it impossible to use, and it was also leaking. The soundproofing was not good; we could hear people talking in the next room. There were a lot of people checking out in the morning. I hope there can be improvements!

Bathroom didn’t have proper ventilation which triggered the fire alarm. The body wash and shampoo bottles were locked in so tight that it was impossible to use them. Bed size was small for a couple so we couldn’t sleep comfortably. The rooms were like ibis hotel’s so don’t know why they’re charging more!
But I was glad they gave us early check in so I was able to attend my meeting. But don’t think I’ll book Leonardo hotels again.

Due to a reason unknown, hotel got my reservation (already prepaid) then recharged me upon online check-in, which they then only refunded upon physical check-in, when they should have ab initio. Like the time I stayed before, room was freezing, and only redeemed by a blow heater all night. Phone only worked if put on speaker. Breakfast was dull. Juices -apple or orange- clearly came from cartons, and heavily sweetened. Room was a very long walk from elevator. Stay was redeemed by exceptional service of the reception Front Desk, which was 5 stars.

Good location...clean rooms. No.probs but a safe in the room and bottled water were not provided. Reception staff v nice. But reception area crowded and zoo like ...too many coach ..package deal.parties maybe? Bathrooms clean but need upgrade . Room was very nice though. And Belfast is fab

Good hotel and good price. At the reception counter, the service is very fast. The only disadvantage is that in the morning, the cleaning person just 9.00 o'clock came knocking to clean. But everything is good, both travel and shops are very convenient.
