Fantastic hotel. Very kind staffs and winderful food. ^^ And also great room conditions.

We had a lovely stay at Infante suite. This is the 2nd time visiting this hotel. Breakfast buffet is nice and a lot of choices. Hotel staff are very friendly. Looking forward for another visit.

Excellent location and very spacious rooms - good breakfast too

The Hotel was good, conveniently situated next to a tram stop. It’s pretty and the way they kept old ruins incorporated with modern finishes was very well done. It has one of the most beautiful pools I’ve seen in a hotel, but it was a bit smelly at times if I’m completely honest. I was there for 2 nights and didn’t make me feel like going back even when we spent most of the time in the hotel because of the rain. Good spa area. Very good breakfast in terms of food but they can improve on the coffee, very limited choices and not tasty at all. The restaurant was very nice and the food was very nice too although the service was extremely slow. The staff was friendly but not hugely attentive. Overall a pleasant stay but not spectacular stay.

Amazing place!, the hotel is in the best location, super market very close, washing clothes machines also near, and a beautifull cafe imperio in the corner. 10/10

Stayed for a night as a couple. The front desk was very accommodating. We enjoyed time in the spa, and a great breakfast.

The hotel is a small luxury type, with not many rooms, and each room is large. The dining and surrounding environment are great. It's just not close to the subway 🚇 and the city center, so transportation is a little troublesome.

The service in a five-star hotel is different. The staff are very enthusiastic. When I checked in, they offered me water to drink, and someone took me to the room and introduced the room facilities to me. When I first entered the room, I thought it was another mirror facing the bed, but it was actually a wall-mounted TV! The room is very large and comfortable to live in. There is a coffee machine, but I didn't find a kettle. There is salmon in the buffet, so families who like seafood should go for it! When I checked out, there was a beautiful lady at the front desk with a good temperament. I was waiting in line. When she saw me, she smiled at me, and my mood improved for the whole day... It gives people a very good feeling and impression, worthy of being a five-star hotel!

It is a five-star hotel with not many rooms, but it is clean and tidy. The rooms are generally larger. The waiters are enthusiastic and proactive with good attitudes. It is very close to the three major attractions in Belém, within walking distance. The only thing that needs improvement is that the breakfast is a little simple, which may be related to the limited number of rooms and the inability to accommodate many guests.

It's said to be the best room, but it's on the ground floor. The water stinks, the shower runs very slowly, it's disgusting when it rains, and the air conditioner doesn't work. The service staff opened the door casually and entered. When they found someone, they did not close the door immediately. It's really bad. The bellman is not equipped. It depends on whether the front desk is available before he can help you.

The location, service and facilities are great. It's just steps away from the scenic spot, so convenient. The breakfast is rich in content and the service is attentive. Highly recommended.
