The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard. Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.

Hotel is nice. Some of waiters behaviour is not good. However there was good staffs. Thank you for your great service Unal Koc (Head of waiter) and Ayse hanim (from the housekeeping).

Complex is huge: several pools, bars, restaurants, beach amenities. Used beach pavilion and SPA (hammam), which recommend. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great cocktails were on rooftop bar, which name i don't remember. It was opened only in evening. However, there are some recommendations to management. Some staff members tend to refer you continuously in Russian, even after were asked to speak in English. Maybe to move concert stage, which was next to main building, to amphitheater. Special thanks to Emrah from customer relations, who arranged flowers for birthday and pavilion and was always helpful and competent. Thanks!!!

This is a beautiful location with the most wonderful staff. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return next year. Things I thought the hotel excelled in: - Staff are really professional and friendly, and great with children - Food was really varied and we always found something tasty and enjoyable - All highchairs were cleaned and replaced with fresh bibs, hand wipe, placemat and napkin which was really helpful - Drinks were really tasty, from iced lattes to cocktails - We enjoyed a meal at the Turkish a la carte which had only just opened up which was brilliant. Our waiter was really attentive - We had a storm during our stay and immediately after the groundskeepers were clearing up the debris. It was great to see how much care was taken to keep the gardens looking stunning and the pools clean - In the main dinner hall the hand made items were delicious, I enjoyed eggs Benedict for breakfast almost every day and some yummy desserts Things that need improvements: - This is me being picky, however, the Mojitos are made with lemons, it would great if limes were used for a more authentic taste! - Not a major issue but there aren’t really any components of an English breakfast. Even if it was vegetarian items like beans, hash browns, mushrooms, etc. It would have made it a bit easier to feed my little one as we found we were giving eggs everyday which was a bit repetitive. - The music playing by the pool (next to Xanadu bar) was explicit and not radio edited. This was a bit disappointing as it was mainly children playing in this pool. I understand the Fancyland pools are available for children, however there is limited seating and the Xanadu pool is suited for all the family as the water is shallow for paddling. -It would be great if it was displayed which A La Carte restaurants were open on the customer service desk. Some a la carte restaurants opened during our stay (which were closed upon arrival), I only knew they were open for reservations when enquiring. Overall none of these above points would deter me from returning, however it would be great to see some of the feedback considered. ☺️

Lovely hotel we had Brilliant time!! Staff very social and helpful, kept us entertained throughout our holiday always! Specially Erdem very lovely!

I rate my stay at the hotel very well. Hotel clean and well-kept. There is a lot of animation on site. Great approach to children. Lifeguards and staff very nice and friendly. Mustafa's lifeguard was very professional, nice and helpful. I recommend.

Our family of 4 (children aged 4 and 2) stayed at Xanadu in June 2024. Family suite was spacious and had a large, comfortable bed. The room was clean but it felt a bit tired and could use some updating. Overall service at Xanadu was excellent. The staff were attentive and friendly. Kids' club carers Zuzu and Siham made our children’s stay particularly enjoyable. Our kids loved spending time at the club which made the holiday much easier for us. The gym was decent, although the equipment was a bit outdated. Food quality and variety in the hotel’s restaurants were outstanding. We enjoyed every meal, and the restaurant service was top-notch. Unfortunately, the poolside experience left much to be desired. The music around the pool was just way too loud. The poolside entertainment felt forced and outdated. There was also a persistent and unpleasant smell near the main bar by the pool, like a mix of rotting fruit and sick, which was quite off-putting. We also didn't get to use any of the water slides due to overly restrictive age policies. Hotel was near full capacity and water slides were still mostly empty which was a shame. We still enjoyed our stay, thanks to the excellent service at the restaurant and Kids Club. Overall, we would recommend it for families.

Fantastic staff, outstanding service, great location, views of Mediterranean Sea and Mountains. Amazing spa available to all guests at no extra charge. Food and sweets and drinks all included. This is the kind of place you remember for the rest of your life and you want to go back there again every year, because it feels like home. Customer service/ Guest Support team is so attentive, especially the ladies - Diana 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 and her team. Food and Beverage staff is outstanding especially Ali Duran 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 and his room service and restaurant staff! This hotel 🏨 represents best value for money you can get. The Beach and Cabanas are spectacular. They will bring you champagne, fruits, sweets, tea and lattes and frappes - they will mix any drink for you. To conclude - this is a fantastic place for a family vacation or personal getaway , it is the manageable size - to reflect a personal touch and yet it is large enough to provide all amenities you can wish for or expect at the highest class resort. Spend a little extra and upgrade yourself to a suite - you will not regret it. Text your menu selections to Guest Services and they will deliver and serve it to you in your room.
