Ulasan Home Inn (Beijing Changping Metro Station)

This is my second time staying at the hotel. It located right across the metro station, super convenient. Checkin process is fast and smooth, staffs are really nice and helpful. Totally recommend staying here

Front desk service is good. Location is quite far away from city center. However, it is good that the hotel is very close to subway station.

The check in counter service is normal. The breakfast could be better. Free laundry service at level 5.

Their reviews are mostly fake! I would not write such a bad review if I had better experience with the staff when we came to have our check-out. They took my phone, started to translate everything on it and we were sure that something is wrong with our booking. After some time they comunicated with us they are looking to review the hotel themselves. Fortunate for us they had problems and we took the phone back since we were in a hurry - but they were reviewing or trying to review the hotel themselves for a solid 10-15min. Absurd! The hotel overall is a 2-3 stars in my opininon. The breakfast and the rooms were below avarage in our opininon (we stayed in 8 hotels during our trip to China and this was the most disaapointing). It is not horrible, but not as good as the reviews say - now we know why! Since the staff is writinig the reviews ourselves. Would not come back and do not recommend staying here

The hotel it was pleasent . I stay two nights and most say is a very clean hotel . They make sure the room is always clean and have everything needed for a comfortable room and convenient. I was very satisfied.

The girls staff at reception is amazing, very friendly and helpful, they help me every way they can, with limited language 🥰 The morning chrysanthemum tea at the lobby is lovely, feel very welcome The restaurant next door serve super delicious food👍 Bravo girls, see you again next time

Hotel a bit outdated but room was clean. Breakfast was good. Reception staff was helpful too

It's a perfectly good buget hotel in a great location, next to changping subway station. Friendly staff and simple.but clean rooms. Simple but decent breakfast. Have stayed here six times now and will always come back. It's great value for money and a good base for visiting nearby tourist attractions.
