Ulasan Wakamatsuya

The room was comfy, excellent service. I checked out in a rush this morning, front desk told me I have left something behind in my room. I responded, being sure I hadn't, until an elderly man I saw earlier from housekeeping came running down the stairs and handed me my travel charger and cables. A big thank you so much and sending me to the bus terminal in time. I love the view of the wintry slope from my room window especially.

Woah! This is one of the best ryokans we’ve been to. The staff was super attentive and could speak some English, the rooms were amazing (see the photos!). The onsen in the room was fantastic so there was no need for us to go to the public or private onsen downstairs. The hotel is located 3 minutes away from the bus station and conveniently situated near everything. We’ve stayed at other ryokans but this one was top notch! We strongly recommend to stay at this place and will try to come back again with friends and family. Oh! The food was wow, too! We had breakfasts and dinners included and the sukiyaki dinner offered Yamagata A5 meat which was to die for. Breakfast was also great!

A wonderful place to stay in. The service was fantastic. The room was huge, much too large for just a solo traveler like me but it would have been perfect if I had brought my wife and child along. The onsen quality was great, albeit the fittings at the shower area were a bit old. The food was hands down amazing and featured great local produce. Honestly there was too much for one person to finish! What I especially liked was that they had a separate room on the first floor where if it was too early for you to check in, you could drop your luggage off, change, and then grab your gear and head to the slopes. Same thing if you intend to charge the slopes a bit more on your last day, just leave your stuff in the storage room, hit the slopes, come back and change out, hit the onsen for the last time, then go off. Definitely recommending this place to my friends visiting Zao.

垃圾！黑店 歧視中國人 濫收費用黑店 附近沒有什麼餐廳而旅館 對外國人居然不提供任何餐食 加錢也不行 温泉照片修很大 Check out 離店時老屈加錢 6萬多 坑客好專業，我們不就範，店方一群人圍剿辱罵 再扣押行李，中止的士台的預訂車 行為極黑 還連同警察一起迫人交錢 各位務必避雷！

滑雪方便！離中央纜車步行不到5分鐘，酒店旁邊就有雪具租賃，周邊餐廳也很多，酒店温泉很棒，窗外風景也很不錯，免費吧枱小食種類很多，整體來説非常棒！

非常好的體驗 旅館的位置很方便走路約十分鐘可到纜車站；大眾湯規模小一些，貸切風呂不用額外付費；食物精緻美味！

酒店很好，房間很大很乾凈，有免費的下午茶。 工作人員也很熱心，能開車把你送到藏王纜車的地方和公交站 非常滿意的一次旅行

酒店距離巴士總站步行五分鐘左右，房間敞亮，舒適度高，為客人提供小吃、牛奶和有機茶，餐食品質好，退房後還主動用車送客人到巴士站，這是一家很棒的温泉酒店👍

酒店屬於較日本傳統的，服務員態度非常友善；酒店裏的溫泉我認為是較其他地方正宗，無論去到當地或酒店時，都會吸到非常濃烈的硫磺味，浸泡後令人心曠神怡！

飯店很貼心，有小點心、茶點區、咖啡機及茶包、牛奶供住客使用！奶茶很好喝！！！ 泉質相當好，泡完溫泉後全身舒暢！ 飯店有接駁車到纜車站及巴士站

酒店服務特別棒，住的很舒服，泡湯還有私人小湯池和露天的大湯池。雪場接送小巴，可以預約送去雪場很方便。
