We had such a great experience! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and organized. Buffet dinner with drinks and breakfast. Everything was delicious and there was a wide variety. We will definitely be going back soon.

If you are looking for a true 5* experience, The four seasons Beijing is it! Right from the moment we arrived we were beyond impressed with the staff here. Beautiful English from every single staff member we came across and help where ever we went in the hotel. The staff here are truly what make this hotel special and have provided the best service we have seen in Beijing hotels so far. The room was beautiful and clean. I loved the full size bath and shower products and the little extra things like the head pillow for the bath. We loved the water in the little cardboard boxes and the large selection of coffee for the coffee machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and so was the lounge chair in the room. Everything felt like luxury right down to the bath robes. A cot was also supplied for our baby but he loved the beautiful big bed instead 😂 The pool is gorgeous and the service there was wonderful. Again the staff are just so amazing and friendly here and all seem to be so happy and love their jobs. This was the same at the beautiful breakfast which I highly recommend including in your room booking. The dinning room is stunning and a wonderful selection of food. We loved the fresh juice selections In the little glass bottles. I can not reccomend the four seasons enough and can not fault one single thing about this hotel. The way the staff look after you and your families, it is a true 5* experience .We are extremely happy and will be back again for sure and will be recommending to all of our friends. We are off to The intercontinental hotel now and they will have to be very impressive after staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay four seasons.

What a gem of a hotel! Spent two nights at the hotel for my spouses birthday and I must say everything was excellent . Received a warm welcome by a lovely lady at the front desk who was extremely kind and friendly. The exceptional staff made it even more special for us. They upgraded our room and it was spacious, spotless, beyond comfortable and offered the most stunning views of the city. Our room was beautifully decorated and received 3 surprise cakes by the wonderful team☺️. Breakfast buffet had a variety of great choices. The hotel offered a number of top-notch facilities. It was quite an intimate experience for us. Highly recommend! Would definitely visit again!

Wow, this hotel was amazing, literally have no complaints. Comfortable bed and pillows, huge spacious room, big bath tub. Breakfast was incredible afternoon tea was amazing. There’s really nothing to complain about.

Service provided is excellent.. There are staffs opening the taxi doors and hotel doors for you 24/7.. The staffs at the counter are very friendly and willing to help as well..

Very average unfortunately. Staff were nice but just felt like the hotel wasn’t new or had something that made me feel like I really wanted to be there. Was told about their breakfast and thought it was very average as well. For the price I paid , I felt I could have done a lot more with my money somewhere else. Won’t return again.

Stayed our last 3 nights in the Beijing Four Seasons hotel(the first 4 nights in Regent)from 1-3-24 to 4-3-24, room no.1703. The up is the room and the facility. The room is spacious, comfy and good view from the bathroom. Also, the pool and sauna are great with good service. The down is the breakfast and the receptionist. The breakfast area is in the lobby instead of the restaurant, which is a lack of manpower as no one standing in the reception of the breakfast area in our first 2 days, also they didn't get your plate off promptly when you finished your meal, just last day we saw the staff in the gate of breakfast area for service, maybe someone "Big" came to stay! The taste and the choice of the food are just okay, I think worse than Beijing Regent. Also, the receptionists always keep a bad face during check-in and check-out, no respect, I find it hard to believe I stayed in the Four Seasons hotel! To be honest, the service is far away from Hong Kong and Bangkok's Four Seasons hotel. Overall, just average stayed, the service can be much better.

Pool gym and sauna steam room were the highlight of the property. Breakfast was also very good

I was very pleased with my choice to stay at Four Seasons whim on a business trip to Beijing. Conveniently located only 30 mins from the airport and once there near the metro for easy moving around the city. The cleanliness and service was wonderful and the room was clean and well appointed with all necessities. I highly recommend getting a booking with access to the club lounge on 26th floor. The club breakfast was fantastic and complimented with great views overlooking Beijing. The staff were warm and friendly making every interaction memorable. Highly recommended and I’m looking forward to my next afoul Seasons visit.
