Lokasinya bagus, perangkat keras di kamar agak tua dan juga butuh lebih banyak cahaya di kamar, terlalu gelap terutama di malam hari.

Lokasi yang sangat bagus dengan mal Rainbow di sebelah hotel dan mal kecil lainnya di dekatnya. Metro juga berjarak beberapa menit sehingga mudah untuk menjelajahi tempat-tempat wisata Beijing. Penghargaan yang sangat tinggi untuk Elaine khususnya dan juga Mark yang bekerja di restoran dan membantu saudara perempuan saya saat sarapan. Dia memiliki pantangan makanan yang ketat dan mereka berdua memastikan dia memiliki banyak makanan dan itu sesuai dengan kebutuhannya, jadi terima kasih kepada kalian berdua! Lobi dan lorong hotel menarik tetapi kamarnya rusak dan bisa direnovasi, usianya terlihat, namun masih bisa dikelola untuk 4 malam. Tempat tidur diganti setelah dua malam, itu dihargai. Dengan tambahan 200 per malam, saya menambahkan sarapan untuk dua orang dan kami menikmati makanan ringan malam/makan malam yang lebih kecil di lounge eksekutif yang sangat bernilai. Secara keseluruhan itu bukan pilihan pertama saya karena kamarnya tetapi layanan pelanggan dari restoran dan lokasinya sama-sama luar biasa!

Staf layanan sangat ramah - mereka mempercepat proses check in saya dan memberi saya akses ke Executive Lounge. Hotel ini terasa agak ketinggalan zaman dan tidak semodern atau sebersih hotel lainnya. Pusat kebugaran dan saunanya bagus, tetapi agak tua. Puncak acaranya adalah makan malam prasmanan barbekyu tanpa batas (bertema Jerman), dengan steak, daging domba, sosis, daging panggang, dan semua yang bisa dibayangkan.

the room is a little old compared to Chongqing Doubletree. The Chocolate cookie was good. The toilet has a see-through glass to the bed, but there is a switch beside the sink to lower the blinds :), you can now shower peacefully.

The hotel is located close to Line 7 metro station, 2 stops from the West Railway Station. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The Chinese restaurant serves delicious food. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotels seems old, need many improvements n renovation, 3 days could not really sleep well, breakfast is 3 star standards..... By the way staffs are nice, friendly helpful...

The service was excellent and we felt so safe staying with this hotel in Beijing. We are please and very thankful the hotel staffs and manager’s take care my daughter while she has stomach ache/ problems while stay there for the last day. Special thanks to hotel manage Mr. Owen Chang’s help.
