Tempat menginap yang sangat direkomendasikan: staf yang membantu dan ramah, mulai dari check in hingga transportasi bagasi ke kamar hingga buah, menawarkan waktu beberapa menit setelah check in hingga check out. Kamar luas dan sangat bersih. Tidak ada yang kurang. Pemandangannya menakjubkan (mungkin pemandangan terbaik di Beijing)

Pada dasarnya ini adalah hotel Shangri-La dengan nama yang berbeda. Bahkan nama wifi mereka adalah hotel Shangri-La, jadi jika Anda berencana untuk menginap di dekat China World Shopping Mall, sangat mudah dijangkau dengan berjalan kaki selama 2 menit. Kamarnya luas, tidak ada yang istimewa. Saya menginap di bulan Oktober jadi kamarnya sangat dingin, saya benar-benar kedinginan dan meminta pemanas, tetapi meja layanan mengatakan mereka tidak punya pemanas lagi. Jadi jika Anda berencana untuk datang ke sini di musim dingin, sebaiknya Anda meninggalkan catatan di bagian komentar pemesanan tentang pemanas.

The Kerry Hotel Beijing boasts an excellent location within the central business district of Beijing, situated right next to the Guomao 國貿 area. The surrounding neighborhood is described as decent and refined. While the hotel is located within the 3rd ring road of Beijing, it is still conveniently close to major tourist attractions like the Forbidden City. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with ample supplies and amenities provided. One example noted is the inclusion of an iron in the room, which I found very useful for ironing my clothes after taking them out of my luggage for each trip. The hotel also provides a free flow of drinking water, with the housekeeper leaving me four bottles per day. However, the real highlight of the stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. I was particularly impressed by the housekeeper on the 12th floor, who proactively asked if the room needed cleaning or if any additional supplies were needed when she saw me returning. When I requested extra towels and slippers for the swimming pool, the room service staff prepared additional items just in case. At the pool, the lifeguard noticed I had to have a swimming hat to swim, and he then helped me source one since I did not have one. He also saw that I had difficulty putting on the cap, and took the time to teach me the proper technique. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the attentive and helpful nature of all the hotel staff, stating they provided excellent service throughout my stay.

If you want to find a good place for your kids in CBD, including play and eat well, then Kerry Hotel is your best choice. There’s a very big playground for kids in the 3rd floor for free. The panda theme room will make your kid in a dream. Believe me, they will like it!

Housekeeping team was fantastic, paying attention to details and our room was always immaculate.
