Nice greenery view from floor to ceiling window. Good breakfast, especially the banana pancake is very tasty. The host, Ms Laura has a warm and caring personality, feeling like home.

Nice and quiet place, a block from bars and walking streets. Amazing service, a free breakfast that you can choose from a menu.

Such an amazing stay!! Great hostess and breakfast was included. She also helped us book a private transfer to the airport for only 220k vnd. Normally grab wouldve charged 300k. The location was perfect. No noise outside. Close to the walking streets and about 30 min walk from the ancient city. Beds were the most comfortable. Get the corner rooms. They have balconies and ac! Great big windows. Felt like a luxury home.

Es un hotel familiar, Seven es el encargado del trato con el cliente y es muy amable y te ayuda con todo. Reservamos una excursión en bar con con èl y todo muy bien. Los autobuses al final por nuestra cuenta xq había muchas opciones y salían mejor de horario y precio. El desayuno es sencillo y rico. Ojo! Verás la bahía de ha lan y no la de ha long, pero he leído en todos los foros q es similar y menos masificada esta.

We came here for one night passing through, they made it feel way more than that. We wished we had planned two nights. Lovely people, lovely room, lovely hotel. We left money behind in hotel without realising, they followed us to our bus and gave it to us . A big thank you to Laura and family

Worse hotel we’ve stayed in Vietnam. The humidity in the room was really intense, the room was super small and the pancakes at breakfast were horrible. We had breakfast included for 2 days and we decided to skip off the 2nd day. The dishes weren’t clean. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I would give this place a bonus star. The location is outstanding. Just away from the busy beer street to not be in noise distance but very close to it to be able to enjoy the night life. Our host Laura went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She was able to sort our trips out for us and gave us honest, great advice on local place to eat, which were also outstanding. Hue Four Seasons hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Hue. Laura, the manager, is so very, very kind and helpful! Thank you Laura!!! If I ever visit Hue again I would definitely stay at Hue Four Seasons hotel.

The staff was so helpful - Laura is so sweet!! She really helped us with everything and she even took our bags and placed them in our room, when we were on a trip (because we were there early and couldn’t check in yet). We really enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely do it again

My family and I ordered two 2 people rooms,.but when we arrived we instead got one 2 people room and one 4 people room, they even apologized for giving us the wrong rooms, and because they were sorry, they let us keep both rooms! Food is also great and the view is absolutely amazing. Overall, a great place.

Our stay in Four Seasons hotel was amazing. Laura is a great person, she helped us a lot, always was there for us to answer our questions. She welcomed us with fresh fruits, and took her time to describe the city. Also her breakfast are amazing, you have to try her omelette with tomatoes. Amazing!!! Thank you Laura for everything, you are an angel :)
