I booked room through Trip APP and the hotel front desk lady issued me 8108 on first floor. I captured some pictures, and you can get the whole story. Honestly speaking, Room with stench ( bad smell), noisy, and view from the window also disappointed me. Yeah, Staff members are polite, especially a lady who was serving breakfast buffet is really humble and kind.

Very convenient location. I really enjoyed my stay for a night.

My stay at the hotel was awesome. The staff was incredibly accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was okay ,clean but the toilet has that weird smell,and they didn't provide a toothbrush and comb these days. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay."

The room was nice clean but no window room was bit hot at night. Washroom was clean. Hotel staff was very friendly even though they were not good with English, manageable. I booked for one night then booked for two nights again. Recommended👍

Every time I come to Beijing, I choose to stay more and more here because this hotel is great and reasonably priced, including free Chinese buffet breakfast, free gym, laundry, 24/7 room service, free parking, friendly staff and front desk, easy navigation to anywhere with multiple transportation options, and many shops and shopping malls around. It's really worth a try, don't miss this opportunity

I have been in many hotels but this one is the best services ever I never experienced, I can note the service is 200%, the service was incredibly good. I highly recommend this hotel.

I booked for my little sister because she had an interview in Beijing. The reception staff was extremely helpful even though there was language barrier. They even helped her ship things to Hefei

The hotel staff are nice and they provide a lot of service such as the free laundry. Yet the no window room wasn't that good. There was some mold on the ceiling but they changed to another room. It was very noisy at night. Plus the power went out three times at night and everytime it comes back the lights would be on and the phone would ring. The place is not bad and they definitely have better rooms and the power issue doesn't always happen, but I was unlucky with my experience there

Professional service, good facilities and convenient room. Also nice city park nearby and metro station about 1 or 1,5 km further.

I stayed at this hotel during Chinese Mid-Autumn holiday. Staff were supper nice. I enjoyed staying there. Breakfast was acceptable for me. Combinations of Chinese and western food.
