The staff was helpful, the food was delicious, the room was clean, I didn’t stay for long to explore more but I’m planning to go there again 😊

Hygiene was extremely poor, the whole place is very rundown, neglected, the boardwalk above the small river is very dangerous to walk on, it could collapse any minute... A lot of dead insects on the balcony, a lot of dust, soap dispenser was clogged due to solidified soap,which indicates that it wasn't changed or checked-on for a long time... Staff is responsive and helpful but very unprofessional. I waited for 20 minutes for a coffee and then I had to go in and ask them... Got my order wrong, invaded our private space disregarding the fact that we said we don't want cleaning, clean towels and sheets left out in the open on the ground... Food in the restaurant is nice but a bit pricey. The whole place is extremely expensive compared to the value it gives. We will not return here.

Very enjoyable stay. The environment is very nice and the hotel restaurant is quite good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a good experience.

Great stay with great service. Its very secluded and quiet so if a cool down is what you are looking for then this is the place. Great food too.

Breakfast in the mountains view was a best time in my life

My experience was okay. The epidemic restrictions are what caused a lot of disappointments. The manager was helpful and friendly. He tried his best to keep us comfortable. I found the Thailand style rooms pretty comfortable. However more needs to be done to keep the outside table and chairs clean and tidy. The scenery around is beautiful and tranquil. During the epidemic all food is served on paper and plastic cutlery which did take away from a good eating experience. They have beautiful lounges and seating area’s indoors that are well decorated but we couldn’t sit inside due to the epidemic! So most meals were eaten outdoors in the cold. There are some tourist activities around such as climbing the Great Wall, horse riding and go-carting. However, many of these places are not in full operation right now. Also, there are many restaurants around if you search well. Overall I think the place is good but best to return when there are no covid restrictions!

This vacation experience was amazing! As soon as I arrived at the Tailianting Hotel Yanqi Lake Branch, the Southeast Asian-style architecture and lush green plants came into view, as if I had traveled to Thailand in a second. The room was warm and exquisitely decorated, and the bedding was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up. The hotel's Thai cuisine was also super authentic, and every bite hit the soul. The beautiful scenery of the surrounding Yanqi Lake is even more amazing. Breathing fresh air during the morning run and feeling the beauty of nature, my body and mind were greatly relaxed. I will choose this place for my next vacation!

The hotel is on the mountain. Fortunately, there was a big snowstorm. The scenery is beautiful. The room facilities are a bit old. The area does not seem as big as in the pictures. The service is good and the food is delicious.

The room is spacious and bright, the food is good, the air is fresh, it is suitable for off-season, there are too many people in summer, and the service is difficult to guarantee. I will go again next time, and hope it will get better and better

I booked two rooms at the same time. The review content can be seen on p1. I also thought about it calmly. I felt that the gap was very big. First, I was looking forward to staying in a place for several years, but it did not meet my expectations. I was very disappointed. Second, during the National Day holiday, at the price of 864 per night, I could have stayed at the International Film Festival-Yanying Hotel. I felt very disappointed and annoyed.
