Ulasan Super 8 Selection Hotel (Beijing West Station Wanfeng Road Branch)

To start with, I don’t recommend you this place if you are staying here more than 1 hour (even 1 night is too much). The room was dirty. The window was at the hall. I literally don’t understand the reason of such a window. To watch at people on the hall??? To spy someone in the room?????? Very uncomfortable. But THE BIGGEST PROBLEM was (and I think it still is) VERY STRONG SMELL OF CIGARETTES. It’s a disaster. I couldn’t sleep well and couldn’t breathe. What if I had allergy or asthma??? I complained the reception and they said they couldn’t change the room and the only thing they did was that they send a man to my room who sprayed air refresher (and he didn’t even left the refresher in the room, he took it back) and they also said to let in the fresh air, but again, how can the fresh air “come in” if the only was at the hall. The aircon didn’t help as well. So, it was awful. I’ll never ever come there again and don’t recommend you to come. “Non smoking floor” should be really NON SMOKING, not only on paper.

They accept guests for checkin really late at night, even after 2:30am (time at which I eventually arrived); I am really grateful for that.

The cleaning of the room was fine, however the sheets smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathroom did not seem to have been cleaned for several months. The shower was both really dirty and clocked. The floor was sticky and with visible dirt. The location of this hotel is really far away from everything, so leaving feels like a daytrip. Staff was okay but didn't let the delivery guy come to the room. Inconvenient and unneccessary.

For the price, a very decent hotel. About 10 mins walk to the subway. Staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel is very clean. the service was excellent, they gave us anything we needed, tea, water, anything. The room was big with a big window. Not very near from the centre but very near from the subway, just 8 minutes walking.

A horroble hotel with "smart rooms". Nobody Is interested Is smart rooms. No written user information, even not in Chinese. When entering room, tv starts to play and no possible to shut it off!!! Voice commanding, super, but only for top experts in Chinese language perharps. Go to hell with modern technologies!!! I immediately cancelled booking for other nights....

Location isn’t amazing, 40 minutes on public transport from Tiananmen but acceptable given the price. You can rent a bike to go from the hotel to the subway station in three minutes to save 10-15 minutes of walking, it costs 1.5¥ Very close to Beijing west railway station (2 stops away), if you are arriving late at night this might be good Facilities are dated but again, given the price (~200¥/night) it is acceptable

Great hotel. Gave us an upgrade for free. Good muslim restaurants near by. Clean and very friendly stuff

The room itself was decent, however the location feels kind of in the middle of nowhere.

Nice place, cheap and clean. 10 minutes away from the subway.

Good for its price. Free parking is a plus point.
