Ulasan Atour Hotel (Beijing West Railway Station South Square)

We choose this location because close to the West Train station. Personnel do not speck English

The hotel is located about 5-10 minutes walk depending on your pace from the Wanzi station, Exit A. After exiting, ********** at the traffic right, crossing the road, continue walking straight and then ********** again, you will see the sign for the hotel which is about 1 minute behind it. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. Overall, stay was comfortable and okay. Also, it is close to the Beijing West railway station, 15 minutes walk.

Great location to take the high speed train the next day. Staff was very helpful and helped me to send something by post and also to wash my clothes for free. They also gave me one complementary water bottle for free at checkout.

Staying at Atour Beijing South Station was a fantastic experience. The room was extremely cleaning and the staff were friendly and caring. The service was superb and the bed was super comfortable. The location is perfect for those who need a transfer near Beijing West Railway Station, with just a 5-minute walk to the station and nearby metro lines. The room is clean & tidy and the bed & pillows are the best! I always have great sleep in Atour hotels. Highly recommended for light sleepers or anyone with sleeping issues. The service is also great! People are friendly and helpful. You can always get warm water in the winter when you check out:)

Perfect for catching a train at Beijing West Railway Station. Very helpful and kinds hotel staff!! Bad smell coming from toilet, but I kept the door closed and wasn’t a problem.

酒店位於北京西站南廣場旁邊，對於坐高鐵的人比較方便。 房間很寬敞，衞生還可以，設施稍微陳舊一點。 酒店提供早餐，每人48元。 對於在西站坐高鐵的乘客算是比較方便的酒店。

Плюсы 1) современный дизайн 2) есть все для мелочей , чай , заварник чайник, все для гигиены . 3) хорошие полотенца и приятное постельное бельё . 4) хороший интернет Минусы ! 1) Плохая уборка номеров 2) если присматриваться везде что то отходит. Есть визуальные косяки по всему отелю. 3) Ужасная шумоизоляция слышно все , о чем говорят соседи до того что они делают в номере . Слышно все с улицы при закрытом окне слышно как говорят на улице ! 4) нет холодильника в номере
