Great location, great stay, although the staff didn’t speak English well they were very friendly and we were able to communicate with translations. Rooms are very modern and luxurious, you’ll feel like the rooms are worth 50x more. Other wonderful thing is check out is 2pm so you can still explore the city a little on your check out day and you don’t have to rush out like with other hotels.

This restaurant also has a buffet with a wide variety of dishes. The French architecture is quite warm, and the middle school students are very satisfied

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the subway station. It is located on a main road, so it is convenient to get a taxi too. Breakfast is quite good with a wide variety of choices. The staff are very accommodating. Rooms are equipped with modern technology. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We like the stay there, breakfast was good. It's walking distance from trains station and temple of heaven.

The hotel looked good in the photos of the reservation, but only the room was the same as the photos, but the air conditioning didn't work, it was very hot, no ventilation. The reception staff didn't speak any English, one of the days, the girl who made coffee asked , in the middle of the stay, that the hairdryer in the room was missing, even though it was in the room and we hadn't even checked out yet. Terrible breakfast, there wasn't even a black coffee or juice to drink, no bread, butter or jam. Simply do not book this hotel, very bad.

Initially, I had reservations about staying at the Sheng Jing Hotel for our trip to Beijing after reading some negative reviews on Trip.com. However, all these allegations were unfounded. We had the most pleasant and wonderful stay there for five days due to the superb and excellent service, location, comfortable and fairly clean room, and sumptuous breakfast. The hotel's location is very close to the Temple of Heaven, about a 15-minute walk. It's also close to Tiantandongmen Station, Exit C (Line 5). It was a breeze getting around Beijing using the metro. Line 5 has direct access to Lama Temple. From Tiantandongmen Station, it is easy to go to other landmarks by transferring to other metros. What makes our stay great and convenient is the front desk. The service we received was as good as a five-star hotel service. We can't thank enough the following staff who have assisted us through our stay: Xu Xiang Yi, Liu Hong Yan, and Zhang Xiaoli. We are in our sixties and not IT savvy at all! We had difficulty in switching to the China SIM card for one of our phones due to a technical glitch. Mr. Xu Xiang Yi, help us solve our phone problems. Without his help, we would not be able to make various payments and access DiDi for our trip. He patiently answered our queries on how to operate the phone. He also pre-packed our breakfast for us on the day we checked out early for our trip to Xian. During our stay, he was quick to respond to our queries and needs. Our thanks also go to Ms. Liu Hong Yan, who went the extra mile of contacting the Gubei Customer Service Center to track one of our bags that was left behind. She communicated and made arrangements for our bag to be couriered to our hotel in Xian. As for Ms. Zhang Xiaoli, she helped us to order takeout on one of the days when we were too tired to eat out. Not being IT savvy and not understanding Mandarin, it was a great help. She also guides us on how to use the navigation app. Our trip in Beijing would not have been so smooth without their assistance. We will choose to stay here if we ever visit Beijing again.

Amazing rooms. Great service

minutes from Tiantan Dongmen Station, there are no restaurants or convenience stores around. But the facilities are advanced, the rooms intelligent voice control. The hot water is hot enough and there is no problem with the water pressure. Because it is a duplex, the lower layer is darker. The washroom and bed are clean and hygienic. There is a smart toilet on each floor for easy use. The breakfast buffet is rich. It's just that the self-service laundry has to walk to another floor to use, and the washer and dryer are separate, which is more troublesome. The soundproofing of the room is acceptable.

Booked for 3 nights, but no cleaning was done if I didn't tell them in advance. The bath towels were not changed and the garbage was not thrown away. This is the first time I've encountered this problem in all the hotels I've stayed in. Later I called the front desk to send bath towels, but the staff looked reluctant when they delivered them. The service needs to be improved. I can't expect to make you feel at home, but at least they should be professional. The hotels I stayed in during the first two days after arriving in Beijing all took the initiative to clean and replace necessities such as bath towels. The overall sanitary conditions are not very good. For a room of the same price of more than 500 yuan, it is recommended to stay in a chain hotel.

The hotel has complete facilities and equipment. The rooms are equipped with high-quality bedding and intelligent control systems, which meet the dual needs of business and leisure. In terms of hygiene, the hotel has done a good job. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the public areas are spotless. The service team is professional and enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, every link makes people feel meticulous care. The breakfast is rich and varied.

The hotel is relatively close to the subway, which is very convenient for those who travel. The facilities are relatively new and better than I expected, but there are hairs on the bed. Since I have already used the bathroom, I did not change it. I hope to pay attention to it in the future.
