The hotel is newly renovated and located in an old building. It is situated near the Sanlitun shopping area, with many eateries and bars within walking distance. While the rooms are new, spacious, and well-equipped, the hotel lacks a full range of amenities typically found in larger establishments. The building is shared with other tenants, and the hotel occupies only three floors.
Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the amenities, which differed from what was advertised on the Trip.com app. The listing claimed that the hotel offered free room upgrades, included breakfast, complimentary coffee, and access to a gym and swimming pool. The gym and swimming pool is not owned by the hotel and it's a collaboration between the hotel and a private operator. Halfway through my six-night stay, I was informed via Trip.com that breakfast and access to the gym and swimming pool would be revoked for the last two days. The hotel provided a refund of approximately SGD $20 for the inconvenience. I would not have chosen this hotel if there's no gym access.
