Staff friendly and big area

Again, reception check in was a nightmare. They couldn't find our reservation, even after we called Ctrip, and showed them the confirmation. They said I spelled my name wrong, that's stupid, I haven't ever changed my name, it's in the system. It took over 1 hour to finally get our room. I was late to an important meeting because of this. Management please train your staff! No other hotel did I have this problem, and it's not the first time....

Where do I start. Horrible from beginning to end. The hotel was in another hotel the Mercure apparently when arrived to find the Citadines. The front was blocked off with signs and other cars when there was clearly a road for that cars cab stop In front so had to lug luggage from main road. The check in was frosty and not pleasant. Omg the room was hideous and dirty and hot! Not ventilated at all. The air con did not work all all and was uncomfortable to sleep and room was stuffy. The shower smelled of cigarettes and mould. The shower floor was dirt with shoe scuff marks seen. He ventilation fan didn’t work and when looked up saw some irregularities with ceiling. The dryer was not self contained made the room hotter when it was in so only had to use when was leaving room otherwise it felt like sauna. The breakfast was so bad and it many choices. I don’t want to eat fried rice and noodles and curry chicken for breakfast I am not here to have diarrhoea and poo like not tommrow in the toilet. So limited choices with bread and eggs. When asked if they have avocado they said no they don’t have. First time visiting Beijing and saving grace was out of the hotel for majority of the day exploring but when I do some back to the hotel and it do not feel peaceful or tranquil.

Good location, big apartment with all you need. Nice view and good cleaning.Recommend

Disappointing Stay at Citadines Ritan Beijing Dear Citadines Ritan Beijing Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience we had during our stay at your property. Our visit, unfortunately, did not meet the standards we had hoped for, and I feel compelled to share the issues we faced. First, none of the front desk staff spoke English, which made communication incredibly difficult and frustrating, especially considering we were traveling from abroad. Additionally, our room was freezing upon arrival, and although we were given a portable heater after one hour of waiting and it was not functioning. After enduring the cold for a while, we called for a replacement, but no one attended to our request. We had to go down to the front desk three times before someone assisted us. This was particularly challenging, as we had already been traveling for over 24 hours. Furthermore, the suite we booked was supposed to come with a washing machine and kitchenette, yet neither were adequately equipped (Aparthotel). There were no utensils, dishes, pots, or pans provided, and we even had to purchase our own laundry powder. This was extremely disappointing, as we had expected these basic amenities to be included in our room as described in our booking. To add to the inconvenience, the room was not connected to Wi-Fi, despite our repeated efforts to have the front desk assist us in connecting our devices. This, combined with the other issues we faced, made for an incredibly painful experience that did not reflect the level of service we expected from Citadines. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it was a frustrating and uncomfortable stay, and I sincerely hope no future guests have to go through the same challenges. Thank you!

Excellent location with nearby malls. It’s located about a 20-minute car ride away from the Forbidden Palace. Although it said somewhere that there isn’t any air conditioner, my room had it and there were no issues. Breakfast buffet came with a good selection. All in all, I had an excellent stay here.

酒店服務人員很滿意，前台裴裴人很好，生日贈送了早餐還親手幫忙送花和蛋糕到房間。早餐品種齊全，麪檔可以diy！好吃！入住期間打掃得阿姨人很好很可愛，主動積極。唯一建議淋浴水温不可控，太燙啦！
