"The service was terrible. I had to call someone to the desk to check in, my room wasn’t ready, when I checked out, no one was there to issue my deposit refund. When I went back to get my refund, they refused to return it to me claiming there was pet hair all over the room. I did not have a pet with me but I did bring a blanket from home which probably had pet hair on it. I should not be charged a$100 cleaning fee when they would have had to remove the bedding anyway to wash it!"

"Hair dryer didn’t work & no solution offered. Pool was green. Maid service didn’t happen after requesting it. Arrived at appointed time for breakfast & front desk said they were out of food so they closed it. Check out time on back of door says noon. Housekeeping arrived at 10:45 to tell us it is 11 AM. This place was great 10 years ago, but it is terrible now! Don’t stay here!"
