"The hotel smelled like ********* when I got in the lobby to check in. The first room I was out in was not in compliance to what I made my reservation for. Also there was a hole in the wall as of someone was hiding something there. Me and my girlfriend just didn't feel comfortable at all. Very loud. No beverage machines and barely anything to snack on. Pictures were not hung up and the mirror was sitting on the floor. And like and behold my pregnant girlfriend went to the bathroom and there were used needles laying around. So then they switch my room next door and the same hole that was in the wall in the first room was also in the second room. I tried to get a refund but they wouldn't give me one. I must say that I was very displeased."

"My experience was ok at first until they moved us to another room because they said they wanted to finish remodeling the room we were in it was me and my grandbaby so they moved us to another room and it was horrible...The a/c didn't blow cold the a/c had a gap in it to where u can see straight outside it was also a patch of mold they must have forgot to paint over and we didn't even have a microwave on top of that the railing was loose and missing bars enough to fall to the ground so they sent someone and he did absolutely nothing and told us that they would come check it out at 9 that night and nobody came so we decided to just leave mind you the entire hotel only have about 10 rooms that's fully functional...Please don't waste your time nor your money going there..I would have gave no stars if I could"

"I feel bad leaving negative reviews but this hotel is in need of a renovation. I stayed here because it was top rated on TripAdvisor in Beaumont but I was disappointed and this is a 2 star rated property at best. The property is outdated and not well taken care of. The room was moldy and the AC smelled odd. The kitchen and room furniture seem as from 20 years ago. Moldy feel in the room and building. Bathtub had a large chip. Bed was super soft and uncomfortable."

"It's friendly and clean. The breakfast is similar but changes slightly and tastes good. It's old, but it's well maintained, so I'll use it again next time."

"I am very impressed with the staff. The green manager, Jake, will go out of his way to help. Every staff member I've dealt with has been great. Room is clean and comfortable. I've stayed in many extended stay place over the years. I've experienced both good and bad service. I rarely write reviews but...I just feel that Jake and his staff have went above and beyond to see that my wife and I are comfortable and taken care of. I appreciate this. "
