Ideally located just off Princess hwy Beaconsfield, no hwy noise in room I was in. Not a flashy motel but great value for money.

if you want to be near beaconsfield then this is a cheap and not very nice option. the location is easy to find and close to beaconsfields shops and dining options.
the rooms have been renovated but the cleaning is poor. the bed very uncomfortable.

it’s very comfortable and close to everything you don’t need a car to go shops because it’s just around the corner. The people it’s very friendly and welcoming makes you feel at home.

We’re from country Victoria here in Melbourne for early AM medical appointment so it was nice to have a comfortable & clean room which had extra pillows plus an extra blanket, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The tea & coffee making facilities were handy and the motel is located in a quiet area. Off street parking is included & the free Wifi was also handy. Furthermore, the front desk customer service provided was very pleasant & prompt.

The property presentation was good, the room though need some maintenance as well as the bathroom toilet area need to be cleaned thoroughly.

Would not ever stay there again.the room an bathroom was an dump . l had my son wedding and l stayed in the room from 11pm at night until 7am and got no sleep because of the room's on both sides of me had people who were making lots of noise an l thought they might do something to my car because I couldn't park my car in front of my room someone else parked in my spot.l was up looking outside thinking that someone was outside of my room because the people were so loud

Very friendly reception staff. The room is spacious with everything you need for a night away from home. It is very convenient close to the train station, cafes and shopping centre. The property needs some cosmetic update though.
