Booked through ******* and the check-in / out processes were very easy and fast. The room was impressively clean and well cared for. The street noise from obnoxious drivers was disturbing for a light sleeper but turned the AC to fan on and helped drown out the noise. My dissatisfaction resides in no breakfast although advertised on the site as Continental Breakfast included. I mentioned this to the manager at checkout and his reason was Covid.. We are way beyond that being an acceptable excuse, as all other accommodations I stay at offer some form of breakfast.

The room was clean & fairly comfortable, with a working kitchen and full-size refrigerator. BUT THE BED WAS 3 FEET HIGH (!!!), WITH A 12+~INCH THICK MATTRESS!!! EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ACCESSIBLE, THE BED WAS NOT!!! THE ONLY PERSON WHO COULD SIT COMFORTABLY ON A BED THAT HIGH WOULD BE A PRO-BASKETBALL PLAYER!!! For a handicapped individual, it is impossible!! Please Use matteresses that are NOT more than 8-inches thick and box-springs that are no more than 8-10 inches thick!!! I would rather sleep on a futon so I don't break my neck trying to get in and out of bed!!!!!!!

Very quiet and clean, our room was located on 1st floor very convenient and we had abfull size refrigerator with microwave. Everything is great here and will definitely be staying here again and felling all our co-workers and friends. Never once did we see an insect or any bugs very clean room and property.

We couldn’t get checked in on time and I need a floor level room and was told to call the home office to change it. I pushed back until he gave me the room I need. The floors we wet from what seemed like sweating caused by the A/C and the tub was dangerously slippery. Wouldn’t stay in a Scottish Inn again.
