The location is very convenient and you may reach the attractions nearby within a short walk. The staffs are friendly and helpful The hotel breakfast were great and we love the self made waffles the most! We definitely will come back

It has been a pleasure to stay in this hotel. A very convenient location to the town centre & the rail station. The service & the facilities in the room & hotel are very good, except the sink in the bathroom is some kind of block, but the receptionist came up to fix it better to use. Overall, I would recommend my friends if they visit Bath.

8-mins walking distance from the Bath SPA Train Station, really nice stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms and a convenient and comfortable lounge. Just few mins walk to the centre city of Bath and Starbucks is just around the corner. Will definitely return for another stay.

User friendly design - 1. hangers next to door for your winter coats. 2. Sockets next to bed 3. Spacious to fit two large luggage The only room for improvement is in the breakfast. First, no bacon was served. And sausages didnt taste well. Others are good! And they provide waffle maker!

Had an overall pleasant stay. Check in wasn’t till 4PM but we arrive early at 12PM to store our luggage. The reception staff kindly told us that our room was ready if we wish to check in early. Thank goodness as we had a long train journey and my 87 year old nan was with us. The room was smaller than I expected. This was surprising as this was a four star hotel and we booked a family room. It looked like a standard single room with a queen bed and a single sofa bed squeezed into it. It has a small fridge, a safe but no desk which was odd. The room comes with an iron and hairdryer which was convenient but no slippers or bathrobe which I also found odd for a high end hotel. The room only had two mugs and cups, and coffee and tea for only two people. There wasn’t much option for the tea and coffee, just the standard English and Nescafé. No free bottles of water was provided either. The bathroom toiletries only had the usual shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The breakfast was buffet style. The options were decent. Nothing impressive but it was tasty. There was a waffle maker but the line was always so long so wasn’t really worth it. The staff were nice and professional so no complaint. I liked that there was a smart machine that lets you order a taxi. Even though we never had to use it, I thought it was smart and convenient. Overall, good stay but not sure it was worth the money.

Very good hotel. The breakfast is good. The staffs are good and most important, the location was perfect. I will choose this hotel again next time when I go to Bath. I think there is no complaint with this hotel. Value most above the price. I really like this hotel! Hope can stay there for next time.

Modern and clean hotel which is near the high street. The breakfast was really good as well! Would definitely stay here again!

I always stay here when I am in Bath. Very convincing location and lovely staff. The price is perfect compared to nearby hotels and has complementary breakfast.

I love its close proximity to a car park and most attractions are actually within walking distances. A decent breakfast spread with a DIY waffle machine.

The room charges include breakfast very excellent. I like the breakfast very good taste and fresh. Every things very good.

The room is cosy. Fantastic location. But there is no desk in the room, and the shower hose is half broken. I didn't go for the complimentary breakfast for it had to be booked—at fix time.

We booked the hotel for our anniversary, It was a good hotel in a great location. The room was nice and spacious and the shower was big. Would have been great if they had a bathtub. We were very disappointed about the breakfast which had only 4 items to choose from. For a Hilton hotel that is unacceptable and they didn't even want to provide anything as they said it's a set breakfast. This was not communicated when booking so we only knew when we got to breakfast in the morning.

Great staff at breakfast and great location to explore Bath. 10-12 min walk to train station to get out of Bath to London or Bristol. Cool museums and close by there is lots of day trip opportunities such as Stonehenge and Lacock Abbey (might need a car or driver for those two).
