You can even watch the pod of dolphins swimming by the sea if you are lucky! They also offer Scuba diving but I was not able to dive coz we left the next day for another travel. They reply immediately to our messages and questions during and after booking. The food is great and they also offer free videoke! A very nice and budget-friendly place to bond with family and friends. Highly recommended!"

"Ok I'll start with the negative first. No hot water on most days very frustrating after a few dives when you are chilled. Wanted my room cleaned one time and they never came, annoying. 1st night I went down for dinner someone at the table next to me was getting a pedicure in the restaurant with toenail clipping flying around! Gross thankfully none landed in my food. The restaurant is small and they allow smoking it smells and you cannot get away from it, not fare to non smokers. Cats and dogs all over but they are well behaved. Beer can be colder. Place can use some upgrades paint cleaning and fix the crumbling steps. If you like to sunbath not the place for you no chairs by the pool or on the rocky beach. Good stuff Food was good and the portions were very big and a lot of variety on the menu, and Donna the server is so sweet! The dive crew are awesome from the boat captain to his helper. Jeff the divemaster is awesome he watches out for everyone and if you don't have enough weight to get down he is right there with extra weight! They go to a variety of spots for muck and reef dives. Shout out to Jeff nd Dan for being some of the best spotters anywhere!"

"We stayed at Lower Ground and overall, the property has many beautiful features. The view was amazing — it felt like having a house on top of a cliff overlooking the sea. We also enjoyed the food during our stay. However, the main issue was the BATHROOM SMELL. It did not seem to come from the toilet bowl itself, but more from the floor drains, possibly the shower drain or the drain near the sink. The smell was MUSTY, SEWER-like stagnant, and very unpleasant, which made it DIFFICULT to fully relax in the room. I hope management can inspect the drainage or plumbing system, as this is something that can really affect the guest experience. Overall, the views, room size, pools, and food were great, but the bathroom odor needs urgent attention."

Tentu saja kamarnya bersih dan memiliki balkon yang indah. Snorkeling gratis tetapi jika harus menyewa sepatu jika perlu, 150 peso untuk satu pasang. "Been here several times already and Canyon Cove is always our first go to place to stay in Nasubu. Pros: - Spacious Rooms (We stayed in a One Bedroom Family Suite this time instead of 2 Twin Rooms. It was a much better experience since we were all in the same room. Loving and Dining Areas made it more comfortable to relax and eat. - Pool area still enjoyable even with a fully booked place crowd since the pools were big - Beach is still clean and well maintained. - Coast guards are always aware of the surroundings, you will feel safe even at the beach. - Staffs are very friendly and accommodatibg as always. - Additional food stalls were added near the pool area (a bit pricey) - 3PM-5PM Pool Bar Happy Hour at Php180 (Haven't tried it though cause we read it too late on our first night and completely forgot about it the second night since we were all exhausted at the pool and beach, didn't notice the time) Cons: - Smoking in the pool area, still a concern for me. PLEASE ASSIGN A DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA AWAY FROM AREAS WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE ESPECIALLY KIDS. - Outside food not allowed in rooms but Fruits are allowed. (not sure with Chips and snacks though)"

"I booked a JET Room Duo for July 18–19, 2025 but had to cancel due to a valid medical emergency (my mother’s CT scan was rescheduled by the hospital due to a machine malfunction). I provided complete documentation and even the hospital’s contact number for verification. Despite this, Jet Hotel repeatedly refused to issue a refund, showing zero compassion or consideration for a genuine medical situation. They simply hid behind their policies without even trying to help. In the end, Agoda had to shoulder the refund themselves, which only proves that my case was valid and deserved a refund from the start. For a hospitality business, this lack of empathy is unacceptable. If you care about guest welfare, especially in emergency situations, this is not the kind of service you would expect. I will never book this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone who values customer care."

"Was here for one night. The rooms are in need of an upgrade. You hear the neighbors next door and the roosters on the side of the building announcing the start of the day at 5am. Maybe baffling material like "Fiberglass batt insulation" for serious noise reduction is the answer. Ask for a quite room if available. The food in general was great. The wait staff is spot on. Friendly and knowledgeable. The resort is a welcome respite from the dust, hustle and bustle of Batangas City. There is no where to go of interest within walking distance of the resort. Special shout out to Rufa and Rosett who helped with a variety requests. They made everything very easy. We'll be back as soon as the rooms are upgraded. May take awhile I suspect."
