Ulasan Microtel by Wyndham Batangas

During my recent business trip, I stayed at the hotel and found that the newly renovated room was comfortable, but the shower water pressure was somewhat low. Additionally, I noticed that there were limited breakfast options and seating in the room walkway. Furthermore, after the second day of my stay, I did not receive a replenishment of drinking water. Overall, while the accommodations were satisfactory following renovations, there were some areas of improvement in terms of amenities and service consistency

It’s forth time for staying here for business trip. It’s a good location to FPIP and good service in the hotel

因為在卡蘭巴，無法見到Grab前往，怎麼協調都不同意取消，安排車來接也超級貴要P3800。我最終選擇放棄，另外預訂了卡巴蘭的酒店！

主要離客户工廠比較方便，酒店位於工業區裏面，設施比較陳舊，對面有日本餐館和韓國餐館，走幾步出去有便利店。

My stay at Microtel by Wyndham Santo Tomas, Batangas was exceptional! From the warm and accommodating staff to the clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. The peaceful ambiance made for a truly restful stay, and the convenient location was a huge plus. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the delicious complimentary breakfast. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!

I stayed here a long time ago because it was close to the company I had to visit and when I realized it was the same hotel, my heart sank. Thankfully, it had undergone some improvement to the hotel and the rooms, but there were other negatives. The room: my pillowcases were stained. The bathroom sink was clogged and when I reported it, the housekeeping staff merely said "Ganyan po talaga." When checking in, the staff asked me to sign a form saying that the P1,000 deposit I just gave, was claimed. I said "But I just gave you 1,000." She said that they would return it upon checkout. "So I will sign it AFTER I receive it, not BEFORE." Another staff said it was SOP for Microtel but I said that Microtel Baguio where I stayed last month, didn't ask me to do the same.

Very accommodating and friendly staff, attended our needs immediately..will choose Microtel again when we come back to Batangas. The size of the room is large enough for a family, so cozy and every area is spotlessly clean and tidy..thank you for making your guests comfortable.

My stay at Microtel Batangas was superb! From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. During the day, I was helped by the day shift staff like Sherilene. Prior to my arrival, Hazel helped me too and I like that upon arrival she introduced herself. My room attendant Roy kept my room clean and well stocked with water and coffee everyday. The breakfast staff were great too. The breakfast buffet has decent selection everyday. It is sufficient abd different everyday. One day, I had to leave early and they prepared a togo breakfast for me. That was sweet of the staff to offer. Overall my experience was excellent and I will stay here again if I am in the area. Great value for tte money.

Great amenities : Comfortable bed Cool, quiet air conditioner Well stocked refrigerator Strong Wi-Fi Clean handles and shower valves Relaxing view out the window Buffet breakfast was included in the package and it was very sumptuous. I can't wait to visit the Hotel again soon.

This December I went on a business trip to this industrial area for a week. from landing at Manila airport, to entering the room, until returning to the airport at the end of the visit, everyone was helped by the hotel. the rooms are simple, small, clean and tidy. there is a hot and cold drinking water dispenser in front of the room. the breakfast is simple. the hotel staff are friendly, very helpful and very kind. memorable visit.
