"at first i booked one night family room and queen room for 6 of us. as we were going to london the next day and just visited oxford, this hotel just perfect for us. plenty of car parks. and food is halal , that s why the hotel rated muslim friendly. we tried the buffet breakfast and just great for a start to london trip. because of convenience and great stay, my hubby extend another 3 nights stay here before we flew back to Malaysia. Hope to return to this hotel again in the near future. Love Borehamwood. And Lazar, one of the evening staff that we first met, you welcomed us warmly and responded well to our needs. Keep up the great effort. Hope more hotels to provide halal food in the future. Thank you. Missing Double Tree by Hilton Elstree😍"

"I liked the room. I was surprised I was not made aware in advance that I had to pay £40 upon my arrival deposit even though I had paid the whole amount already despite the fact it's refundable, they should have made it clear what if i had no more money on me. The room was clean, but the second night, the toilet produced a very bad odour, and I felt dust since I started coughing when I was in the room. However, It's a lovely hotel i would stay there again. Hope they take the toilet issue seriously and will rectify it. I checked for my £40 to see if it had been restored, and It was saying pending, my £40 hasn't been paid back."

"Located strategically next to a shopping precinct with walking distance. All goods from check in to check out process. The only exception is the hand wash tap in the bathroom been installed too far from the basin and it’s indeed difficult to use and water splashing all over. The other issue is leaking out from the bathroom after every shower. Room became cramp after the sofa bed setup for sleep. Breakfast is good but suggest they should alternate the menu with more variety. Otherwise, we been bored with the offering after stayed in for 6 nights"

The actual hotel entrance and rooms are in a nicer building at the back, specifically designed for weddings and events.
