Holiday Inn Express STEVENAGE by IHG

Very disappointed with this hotel. It was not very clean and the amenities are nothing to write home about . Old and needs a lot touching up . The least hotels I have slept in .

The bar wasn’t very well stocked and the room was outdated. The AC was broken and the TV didn’t work. I was only there for 1 night but let the overall trip down.

Fantastic hotel, very clean Rooms including the bathroom. Staff very courteous and very polite.  Hotel very close to shpppibg centre  and Tescos supermarket and petrol Would I stay again ? Of course without a doubt

Great location. Food is good. Parking behind the hotel, which is free in the night. Overall great experience. Highly recommend

Friendly staff. I arrived there long before the check in time of 3pm. The lady at reception worked to try and get a room ready as quickly as possible. Got into room at 12pm so I was able to have a nap. Thank you!

Good location. Arrived after midnight, no issue night reception was really helpful. Breakfast was well stocked. Cooked buffet was hot and plentiful. Only issues were the broken air conditioning over the hotels June on record. There was a fan on, curtains pulled to try and keep room as cool as possible. One of the lifts was broken too.

Very close to the station!

Nice place to stay

Room was good also the location,i really enjoyed a lot.
